Best mega mix of tips ever. Eagle’s teaching skills have really come on and I appreciate how much he fitted into this video thanks to good editing.
You’re killing it man, keep up the great work
All the recognition I ever wanted. Lol
That was a great question btw
Between you and Ezra’s tips. I feel like I’m going to throw my new person best in the field today!
Did you get the record?
^ I'm curious, even though you probably don't remember by now lol
@@octogintillion just by these points I did get farther distance. Definitely something that has been In my mind now. It seems like I’m getting it easily rather than forcing it.
Great video man!! You have such a deep understanding of form!
Appreciate you doing videos like these, very helpful
My favorite eagle vlog this vlogmas! Great work!
"It's not a reach back, it's a reach out" Eagle Mcmahon
Thanks Eagle, awesome helpful tips!
Thanks for all these videos man. Allways great to watch :D I would have to say the city of Bergen on a sunny day! It really brings everyone out from their appartments and houses, and the entire city comes to life.
I would say the most beautiful place in Norway is “Geiranger”. Big mountains, nice waterfalls and the great fjord!
Eagle! Great work! I know you're exhausted! You're the dude!
There is a lot of beautiful places to visit here in Norway, but if I have to choose one it’s Lofoten. Visiting Lofoten will be a beautiful experience you never forget and visiting one off the hidden beaches will blow your mind!
Great video Eagle!⛓😎🦅
Such good advice from a top notch pro
Great Q & A 👍🏽👍🏽 much value
My biggest flaw was a flaw in thinking: I was spinning my body as a result of a hard pull... never got over 400'
Then I started throwing the disc as a result of spinning my body into the throw instead of as an aftereffect... got 450' on the first day.
This is encouraging. I’m realizing I do the same I think... thanks for sharing!
I think this hits on a good point. I've been stuck at throwing 300-320ft (only stand still, going to incorporate the x-step after winter). Today, I tried to focus only on my reach "back" and weight transfer and just letting my arm sling forward on its own. Threw several throws 360 ft. and was more accurate on my shorter throws
@@robertkucala5204 WOW that is fantastic!
@@jmcgraw6 Try reaching out with both hands and snap your off hand inward to increase body spin! This makes me feel like I have enough power to launch a disc to the moon!
Great video, eagle!
The most beautiful place in Norway after my mind is, femund on a sunset watched from our cabin at the south side of femund!! Or as we say fæmund. Keep the great vids coming ørn!
Great video Eagle!
“Reach out” tip is grate! Really helped me getting more snap and spin.
Rampestreken, located in Åndalsnes! Amazing viewpoint after a good hike, and the nature is just beautiful! If you come by plane to Oslo, its on its way to both Øverås and the Sula Course as well😁
Geiranger is a nice place in Norway that has a beatiful landscape. And i think you are going to like it! Glad to see the next video keep up the good work!
That last question was so funny!
Great advice, would love to see form critiques
This man just made me completely rethink the phrase “my farts smell like roses”
Lol
Plastic, Form, repeat. The success formula for disc golf content
I see a few Lofoten, so im gonna say something close, but a bit more north. Try Vesterålen! Specifically Sortland nicknamed the blue city for its buildings painted different shades of blue, with poetry on them
Hey Eagle! Thanks for the video! Question: How do you manage throwing with your plant foot in the right spot (at your lie) on a run-up in the field after a drive? I haven't done a tourney yet and one of my nightmares is getting a foot fault trying to get some power while throwing that second shot after a drive.
Eagle makes me laugh with his witty commentary. Need that as I try to keep the Spirit up and get through the winter gloom’s.
Geirangerfjorden😁👍🏼 sweet video! Merry xmas from norway
I went on a trip to Lofoten this summer, and the most beautiful place we went to have to be Andøya. There was so many different types of scenery on that Island. Long plains, big sandy beaches and tall mountains.
This is a hard one for sure!
I have to go for two opinions to be honest!
Winter: The alps og Lyngen in Northern Norway and the northern lights in the sky 🤩
Summer: The fjords of Geiranger is amazing in the summer months 🤩
Hope you could arrive Norway for the next season Eagle 🙏🏼 Keep up the good work!
Lofoten Islands is a probably one of the most beautiful places in Norway. But honestly any northern part of Norway where you can catch the northern lights is worth the visit!
Geiranger and the fjords is great, Eydehavn DGC is my favourite course so you should check it out and Tjøme in summer time is tough to beat. Hope you make it over this year!🤞
Preikestolen (The pulpit rock) is very beautiful, the scenery from the top is insane, overlooking the fjords and the mountains around you. It has also featured in movies and shows like Mission Impossible and Vikings!
The most beautiful place in Norway is by far “preikestolen” a good hike up and a beautiful view!!
Atlanterhavsveien is a beautiful road to follow, and while you're there you should visit Ålesund. Such a pretty place with many drop dead gorgeous view-points.
In my opinion the most beautiful place in Norway is Hvaler during the summer. It's a lovely group of islands in the eastern-southern part of Norway with gorgeous views. I think that Colorado's most famous eagle needs to see a bit more of the ocean!
Nice job on virtual clinic!
This is a good idea for a video
The most beautiful place in Norway is Stuggedalsvatnet glacier imo. I went there in summer and the lake was partially frozen so we used kayaks to get to the glacier. It was amazing.
Its hard to only pick one of the many beautiful places. So let me give you my top 3 haha. Lofoten islands (crazy steep moutains shooting up from the sea). The Atlantic Road (jaw dropping place that makes u question the dedication of road building, seriously). Preikestolen (a one of a kind place that u wont find anywhere else in the world, standing there makes your knees week and your arm wanting to smash a PD2 of the cliff, guaranteed new distance record :D ).
The most beautiful place in norway is probably Geiranger, been there once a few years ago. The view there is breathtaking! An honorable mention would be krokhol, really majestic landscape to play disc golf on, love it every time!
Couldn’t pick an easier question? Well i’ll have a go at it. Standing on the the top of Tromsdalstinden after a long hike with Tromsø city in front of you in the midnight sun. That is something everyone should experience!
There are so many beautiful places to go in Norway, but personally, going to the most northwestern part. Visit Geiranger and climb a couple of mountains (for instance Slogen), and you'll be a happy camper!
Not Norwegian!
Great insight. Loved the input.
Loving the Black ink Essence!!!. The guy lives 30 mins from me, super awesome 👌
Would for sure say Lofoten, but also Tjøme in Færder kommune during the summer. Lots of beautiful places there!
«Besseggen» in «jotunheimen» is a beautiful mountain ridge and one of the most popular places in norway to go see. Would deffinately reccomend it!
When I field practice distance, I have discs scattered all over the field. When I go to collect my 70 discs, I place the collection bag in the middle of the field and throw all discs back to the bag from where they landed. That allows me to make the best use of time and work on distance and approach. Tomahawks are fun to practice for returning to the bag. I try to land them in the bag.
Mandal. The southest city in Norway right by the coast. A sweet place many people come to visit during the summer.
I love Ålesund!
You should also drive on the atlanterhavsveien!
There is a new course opening near Pulpit Rock. As it's not been opened yet I can't say if it's good or has nice scenery, but at least I'm sure you'll enjoy the hike up to Pulpit Rock :)
I came early to comment for the giveaway because it looked like the last few were selected quicker which is understandable, because you want to do it before the next day when you record, edit, etc. But then saw it was Norwegian only! Lol It's not all about giveaways I love your content seriously keep it up. Gl to the Norwegians in the comments!
Hey... There so many beautiful places in Norway, so you really should visit alot of places. 👍 Trolltunga as mentioned is unbeliavable 😲❤️
You should really check out the hike over Besseggen the next time you’re in Norway. Probably one of the most photographed scenery in all of Norway, and just a minor detour from the road to Sula if arriving in Oslo by plane and driving north for the PCS Open tournament. Would definitely recommend!
Standing on top of Galdhøpiggen was the best outdoor experience I have had in Norway.
I think the trick to getting your heel spin right is stepping out to the left a bit on your plant foot... for righties.
Getting your foot farther away from your body puts the weight on the heel which should free up the toe to open with the elbow lock.
I know how you feel about our fjords with the mountains going straight down into the ocean. If you're looking for the ULTIMATE trip that will never leave your memories, head over to Geiranger, which isn't even that far from PCS Sula Open!
Well, when you land down in Oslo, jump into your car and take it up to us in Valdres. It’s on the way to Sula and you can also stop by and see some of the most amazing nature in Norway.
There are so many beautiful places in Norway. One of them is the Geirangerfjord 🤩
If you're ever in Norway Oslo is a great place to stop. I highly suggest it because it has a lot of attractions that are incredible to see. They also have a lot of museums to show the history. Overall my favorite place in Norway
In my opinion “preikestolen” is the most beautiful place in Norway. It is a very large rock formed as a chair with a magnificently view of a fjord. The scary part about it is that it can and will collapse in the near future.
The most beautiful place has to be Lofoten, specifically Reine. After living there a year, photographing nature, I truly miss the insane nature and Northern lights up there!
Like a tennis forhand! I never thought of that! I probably should have though.
I'm obviously biased seeing as it's close to where I'm from, but Innerdalen is my favorite place in Norway. A bit of a trek from Sula, though, so if you're not looking to drive for hours, Geirangerfjorden is also up there..!
LETS GO!
The most beautiful place in Norway would have to be where I'm from: Hardanger! Fjords, apples and sweetcherries, and snow-capped mountains even in summer. Only thing missing is a DG-course, but it's still worth a visit next year ;)
most beautiful place in Norway is a little town called Svene. We got the second biggest shovel in the world, which is a must see for everyone who comes here.
Hard question, but I would say that Kristiansand is the most beautiful place in Norway. Especially in the summer when you can enjoy a boat ride in the skerries. Great DG courses nearby is a bonus.
German/Norwegiam guy here. I live in Stavanger in the south and around here i would say that the pulpit rock(preikestolen) is the most beautiful place. You get an amazing view over the mountains and the fjord. Other than that it would maybe be lofoten. Been there once and want to go back so bad and watch those northern lights dancing in the sky.
I would say Lom is the most beautiful place we have here!
One of the most beautiful tracks in Western Norway is the Etne-mountains which also includes Langefoss which is one of the greatest waterfalls on Earth! It is also the greenest and freshest place in Norway!
If I have to choose I would say Loen. Loen is a place where the ocean meets the mountain water, sourrended by mountains with water falls from 5-6 different places from the same mountain and the water is like a turquoise colour. I have picture from there when i was on a Norway trip. Cheers from Norway, Grimstad.
Smell/odor = diet/mood
Eagle you’re the man, purification heals and creates good body odor (ie lots of fresh wheatgrass juice, hold in mouth as long as possible)
I think the most beautiful place in Norway is Senja. It’s Norway second largest island, located in the northern part of Norway. Great views and beautiful nature! You should really check it out when visiting.
The most beautiful place in Norway is gotta be Geiranger. Its only a two hour drive from Sula. Doesnt have a discgolf course (yet), but its
definitely worth a visit.
Lots of beautiful places in Norway, but my favorite must be «Preikestolen». You have to check that out!
I think Atlanterhavsveien one of the most amazing places to drive across in Norway. Stunning views and beautiful engineering. Fun fact it is also featured in the upcoming James Bond movie 🎥 that is scheduled to premiere in April 2021.
Next year Sula will be the nicest place since we are going to fill the place with 🥏 proes ;) have a nice X-mas
Good throwing tips. Never been to Norway. But I've read a lot of Knut Hamsun- hide your razor blades!
In my opinion the most beautiful place in Norway are the mountains. You can enjoy the scenery from the road through Valdresflye, or take a hike to the top of Galdhøpiggen to get a nice view.
I would enjoy a day's hike over Besseggen Ridge. The iconic view is characterized by the colourful Gjende and Bessvatnet lakes. Gjende is a stunning emerald color and very long and narrow. Bessvatnet is a deep blue and among Norway’s clearest lakes.
Hi, eagle and thanks for the awesome vlogmas and the shout out to the Norwegians following you.
In my opinion a whole lot of the earlier comments is very beautiful places. Geiranger, Lofoten, Vesterålen, trolltunga all gets the heart racing and jaw dropping of the shear spectaculareness.
My favorite, I think, is one of the very small idyllic towns and villages along the southern coast of Norway. From stavern and all the way down to Grimstad you'll find boat life, and idyllic small town vibes and friendly people.
My vote goes to Kragerø. And on that note, check out the Kragerø open on CZcams. Disc golf played in the streets of Kragerø. Awesome.
I couldn’t agree more Stavern is where my summer house is right on the water. I love the history a the coastline there. I am always excited for summer cause we spend a lot of time there. Maybe I will get to bring Eagle there next year and we can go play your new 18 👍🏽
The most beautiful place in Norway has to be the Pulpit Rock. An enourmous «stonechair» 1800ft above Lysefjorden. Magnificent view and also the perfect place for me to pretend I can throw a disc as far as you.
Svalbard and Lofoten are nice to visit!
Flekkefjord, my hometown located in the south of Norway. Got a lovely fjord and also mountains for hiking trips 👌😏
Let’s go 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴 Eagle du bør sjekke ut Arktisk Surfing i Hoddevik! Stedet er mye vakrere i virkeligheten enn på bildene 🌊
Sorry for the late recommendation! Hope you’re comming back soon ✌🏼
Trolltunga is pretty cool, if you like a long hike! :D
I Would say that Geiranger Fjorden is the most beautiful place in Norway! Very Large Fjord with great nature and you can take a cruise ship trough the Fjord as well!
It’s a lot off nice places in Norway. But i have to say "Koigen" in Hamar it’s pretty nice in the summer.
Probably have to say my hometown Lillesand. Just a beautiful little city in southern Norway with a big harbour surrounded by small islands anyone can go to and enjoy :D
Reach out, not back.. Marvelous 😏🤜🏼💥🤛🏼
For the forehand tip.... Putters are a whole different monster. Start with middies
Geiranger and Lofoten is must visit places here in Norway. They are both known for their views
A very beautiful place is Briksdalsbreen which is located in Sogn og Fjordane. A beautiful view and a fantastic experience!
The most beautiful place in Norway is almost impossible to say as there are so many! But for me its the Geiranger Fjord.
Germany needs some love too😇
You would be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place than Svalbard. Pretty magical this time of year, in complete darkness except for the northern lights and snow.
