First thing that stands out , is the fact that they do not present themselves as a bag of nails tied in the middle like the Russian mechanised forces , one can see the vast difference in standards re: equipment and the fact that they are regular professional forces and not a bunch of conscripts who really do not wont to be in uniform!

And what I see in this video is bunch of very young men, inexperienced and the movement is also not very good. These particular soldiers on the video move like bags of potatoes lmao! Their BDUs flabbing around like it isn't even their size or something.... Jesus. And this is a TRAINING. Compare this to the footage of combat operations of Russian forces in Ukraine! There is a VAST difference, these NATO guys are cannon fodder!!! Inexperienced and new. I have all but respect for the Welsh Guards, but come on, these? Yeah, regular, greenhorn soldiers. Stop putting them on the pedestal, they are really not there yet.

Lithuania Estonia and Latvia need to create a unified military force that serves all three countries, by combining resources they can field a more effective and dynamic fighting force. This will allow for them to streamline purchases by focusing on what they need as a whole rather than what each country need separately from armored vehicles to investing in better maritime/naval assets( invest in lpd's lph's/lhd's [ The retiring San Giorgio of Italy for example] and small strike carriers that will be able to carry 20-30 aircraft whether for Assault support of amphibious operations or as a dedicated strike platform launching sories for CAS and deep strike missions [the re retiring Garibaldi is an example] aviation assets (a joint Navay/Air Force procurement for fighters and attack planes especially in Tactical Transport operations for Airborne and Air Assault Forces. In today's environment a force of that nature building up from the combined contributions of three nations as opposed to one is essential for smaller Sovereign States, creating a professional balanced (quality and quantity) Armed Service.
