@@Danodie2013_Official Yes I know but I want to convert my security light to green not red and my Trac control to white not orange I was actually looking for the plug size the leds are a 5mm led but the harness they plug into I don't know..... what size they are and they are tack welded in place onto the harness plug
@@ProLogicEnt1 oh well maybe you should check that because idk, and cluster cover have painted those warning lights in a color, and idk how you could change them, maybe sanding them for remove that factory paint color.
12:00 first before screw on, you have to check the polarity of the LED, just holding it with your finger in the socket and then turning on your lights. In fact, this is no that hard as you say, that you don't know how to do it, it's different, for me was so easy using only some pincers for twist the LED in the socket and done, nothing painful.
some come threw some don't the problem is the over lay is greenish from factory so you would almost need to modify it to get the red to shine threw or a different color led might shine more red i like the more oem or a bright white just had the blue since they were in a car i got so i tried them out..
I did a few of these installs over the years. Now I just leave the HVAC bulbs alone. The leds never emit enough light and have too many dark spots unfortunately.
@@Mattsneedforspeed oh yes les do come in any color was question was more like does the faceplate of the speedometer have to be replaced in order for red to work
cluster: T10 (x9)
gearbox: T10 (x1)

So what size bulbs are the warning ⚠️ lights Security, Seatbelt etc. 13 sockets say I wanna convert these to led
@@ProLogicEnt1 man, those ones are already LEDs from factory lol, you don't need to change em.

how would one go about making red leds shine through these clusters? ive tried 4 different set of red leds but none are bright enough

The only thing I don’t like about blue leds is that it doesn’t allow the red spots to be lit up. The needles are also dim.
the blue is nice but I think id go white but i haven't seen any other colors yet just blue...
Completely agree. When I had a 1gn I went with white leds and used blue tinted film under the gauge faces
I need those in my life lol. Blue is my favorite color and my gauge cluster has to be pulled to install gauges lol. Hmmmm. I’d really like them lol.
they do have a nice blue glow... they are a pain to get in some times but are worth it.
is there a proper way to install a 3 pod guage on left side if so a video on that would b great!

true some times the factory set up is just better for functionality, you don't want to know how many times i dropped that little bulb.
where i can get the A/C leds?
So my blue replacement cluster lights started flickering the other day and i cant find the issue the pigtail and cluster connector look fine im spent.
hello, what number or model of bulb did you use, the A / c
they all came as a kit the bulbs for the hvac come with the socket im not sure the number i just always had used one to swap out.
Si im curious is blue the only color available without going out of pocket such as red?
I’m sure there is I’ve seen red, bright white, green and a violet I’m sure will leds there’s almost any color..
