I'd rather use a MasterLock padlock than that, and that's BARELY an improvement.
these actually aren't really pickable on storage unit if you lock it facing the frame. you cant even get lock picks in them.

My grinder cuts them all pretty quick. But this lock is definitely junk
@@BoredLockpicker Not all thieves bring power tools, but the ones that do usually get caught because someone heard the noise and called 911 after seeing them.
Not defending this cheap lock but I think most his one was locked on the door facing the frame you’d need power tools to get it off. Funny you say that about the noise. I cut locks at a lot self storage places. One of them had someone drive through the gate and they hook a chain to the hasp on the doors and with the truck pulled hasp off. They got into something like 15 units. Far as I know have still not been caught and this was awhile ago
