As an accordionist, I'm glad to see someone finally talking about the dangers of the accordion. Mine has injured me several times, but with caution and practice, I can usually keep my accordion under control.
My dad retired at the age of 65 after 40 years of being a plumber. His first thought was "I wanna learn how to play the accordion". He's been taking lessons and I gotta say, he's gettin' pretty good at it.

Well, depends on which "chanson". Becasue "Russian chanson" has nothing to do with French one. The best way to describe "Russian chanson" is "gangsta-pop" with max 3 chords. Example - signature song of bandits from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
