Best ever, in a county game once Viv played and missed 5 balls in a row, the bowler told him it's red, weighs 5 ounces and is round. The last ball Viv hit it out of the ground, he told the bowler you know what it looks like go and find it. BRILLIANT.

We were so lucky to have Viv, Joel & Botham at Somerset when they were at their best. I remember watching Viv destroy Bob Willis at Clarence Park, Weston Super Mare. Me and my mate had said that we would have a ping every time he hit a 6, not been that drunk at a cricket match, he scored over 200 runs that day.

Especially when you consider the new boundary laws. So with modern bats,it's safe to say add 20 to 25 percent of his test runs on top. Which theoretically not only takes him past ten thousand runs, but also makes his average close to 62 or 63. So he's right up there with Barry Richards and Graeme Pollock amongst others such as Lara,Tendulkar and Sobers. A great batsman to watch, throughout his career. 🤣👍🍺

🇵🇰 for me he was and he is a great great great master of the cricket. Everybody who play watch this game of cricket all we know that Westindien pitches were always mad very bad. They had still not all the facilities like Australia England or India Pakistan. But having all these problems they produce world class Batsmen like Viv Richard , R,R,Richardson, Carl Hooper, the great Br,Lara and so on and they Winn World Cup 3 or 4 times if I am wrong correct me please 🙏🏼. So there are a lots of of reasons why for me this guy Sir.Viv Richard is and will be the best Master Blaster ever this world produced. A great LION 🦁. I was very very happy and proud to see him as a coach for Quetta Gladiator in PSL LIGUE in Pakistan 🇵🇰. He is still very energetic and a great leader so 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 hats off to him. And many prayers for Sir.Viv Richard 🌹

If we remove Helmet from Modern days Batsman, there Feet Freezes, almost all Batsman becomes tentative and on their Backfoot. But this Guy without Helmet all his Life..... Genius...With all due respect to Bradman, He is that Peakock which Dance (his Batting) in forest (1935 - 49) but no one saw his Dance (Batting) but convinced with his Batting. "Jangle me Mor Nacha kisi ne dekha". The Bowlers he face are Jeff Thomson, Dennis lillie, Sir Richard Hadlee, Kapil Dev, Wasim Akram, Ian Botham and many... Majestic Viv...
