If this dosen’t work are there any other suggestions or parts that would help or remedy this? Here's a suggestion... Don't fuck with a perfectly good titanium exhaust that is equipped with the C5 ZO6! It's not only functional, it sounds great! CZcams some videos displaying the sound of a stock ZO6 and tell me what's wrong with that sound!??!! Again, the only complaint I have with mine is, the Nurburgring and the Autobahn is not out my front door!

I resolved mine even more back actually just welding a rod between both sides in the middle. Ultimately fixes it but they’re now bound to each other.
Yeah. That was my last resort in the video. Sometimes no matter what you do they just don't want to hang right. Can be frustrating.

Where can I get that rubber hanger insert?
Does it vibrate or rattle at all since it's a 3D printed solid piece versus the stock rubber piece that can absorb it?
Non at all. It is VERY tight in-between the bracket. I did the other one 3 months ago with zero rattle.

The stock titanium exhaust does sound very nice, it's just a bit too quiet for me.
