They sure do well with the classic rock sound.Stage presence is off the charts. Nice to see them still doing it. In about 10 years all of the remaining stars of classic rock will have passed, nice to see people can still experience the sound and feeling of it all. Stay Wild
"In about 10 years all of the remaining stars of classic rock will have passed" So true, shocking and sad. The biggest shock, as someone born in the early 60's, is just how damn fast a timescale this is. It really is like yesterday I was hearing those classic tracks on radio for the first time as they were released. Life is fast...very fast.
Thanks for posting. The first Dea Matrona video I saw was them busking Oh Well back in December 2020. I am glad it’s still in their live set and I’m lucky enough to have their studio version on their Stamp on It vinyl single.
Everday, every new video, every new song, every performance...better and better and better, it has been so amazing to watch this band grow to a powerhouse of talent and performance. SO AWESOME!!! I spread the word to everyone I know here in the US about this great band, can't wait for your US tour. ps: great work from Hollow Earth for a super production on the video and audio. 👍 ....and one last thing...more cowbell!!! 😀
You girls are getting better all the time , good idea to add another guitare, it really fills out the sound , by the way nice sound on this vid . P.s. i have 25 years as a sound engineer
They've been busy touring and recording their debut album (it came out in May). They've also done a TV appearance in the Irish Police drama Blue Lights.
Remember seeing Peter Green doing this on TOTP when l was a nipper. When l heard the line “ When I talk to God” l knew he had mental health issues. If l, as an adult had an imaginary friend, I wouldn’t tell the world about it. But madness and genius are often bedfellows and it is a freakin genius song.
