Actually it would be 50 times in 15 minuets because the re-spawn times are average around 30 seconds depending on what game mode and 50 times 30 seconds is 15 minuets.

@@jacobshirley3457 Meds who in general pick a "pocket" game style really annoys both enemy and their team. Something really awful in seeing one player using other as a tool to gets kills rather to help a team and win a game. Plus you always get uber longer if you pocket someone, but sometimes those people milk it at spawn.
You're talking about the "only healing a single patient" definition of pocket, I guess (instead of the "usually healing a single patient" definition). Yea. Overhealing every single player is underrated by less experienced medics; you basically double your team's effectiveness with little effort.
