Thank god I watched this video yesterday. I had an interview today and was asked "What would you do if your client wanted 15 revisions on the same piece of artwork?" and thanks to this video, I knew how to answer. I would've for sure said something stupid otherwise :D
Thanks so much. Your question and simulate answers really helped me a lot in the interview. I like the part you tell us what the interviewer is looking for, so I could understand the question deeply, and answer in my way with confidence and a relaxed attitude as you showed in your videos. Again, give what the interviewer want is really important.
I watched all of your videos and they were very helpful. It was nice to see and hear both sides of a question and then your analysis on what the employer is looking for. Really helpful! ...and your husband was entertaining. :P

Thank you! I've heard it's SO competitive with design jobs right now. When I was looking, I made a list of every design agency I could find in my city - just did Google searches and looked at other designers' LinkedIn job histories to find them. Then I sent out resumes and portfolio links, whether they were hiring or not. Strangely enough, I ended up getting contacted via LinkedIn from an agency owner who hired me...and his company wasn't one that I sent a resume to. You just never know!
The best thing to do as a graphic designer is not be a graphic designer. I more than doubled my salary after going into sales, after years being treated like dirt as a graphic designer. If I could do over my education again I would study anything other than graphic design.
Gosh I am so sorry to hear that! I am SO GLAD I pursued graphic design!! I work from home, selling files on Etsy, selling designs on stock image sites, and creating courses (all passive income), and none of it would be possible without knowing graphic design.
Hi, I don't think I can help. I don't have a job myself! It's also expensive for a company to get a visa for a foreign worker, unfortunately. So it makes getting a job here (in the USA at least) difficult.
