My body got too used homeopathic and functional medicine over the years and did not want to accept any chemicals. I switched to ashwaganda and lions mane supplements. I'm just curious on your knowledge and tips for women who want to improve their quality of life and feel healthier, stronger and more joyful. What foods and supplements that contain these important amino acids should women consume?

Hi Gary - if someone is doing HBOT, would you recommend they exercise in there? I've started going in a chamber which drops pressure equivalent to 32 ft under water, whilst using oxygen. I was thinking I'd be better off in there doing lunges or squats, rather than just sitting and reading for an hour. I was also considering doing kaatsu in there. any thoughts?
Where can I get that 599.00 test? I'm Hyperthyroid, on meds for 30+years, still have it, went keto currently on carnivore diet, so I'm well on my way to feeling MUCH better already but I want to be off thyroid meds... I wanna fix this @garybrecka

Have you checked your homocysteine? High homocysteine levels may be associated with alterations in thyroid hormone levels.
