Thank you for this video. I received 3 Pfizer vaccines, the third was a booster dose. I developed the syndrome when I received 2 doses, and my condition worsened after 3 doses. In the meantime, I had the virus twice and my body was very exhausted. Now I have changed my diet, I have eliminated meat from my diet, white sugar, lactose, I eat only gluten-free flour and I use only Himalayan salt. I'm slowly feeling much better. I usually have swelling in my arms and legs, and I try to exercise to help myself. This disease requires maximum discipline.
At the beginning you both spoke about how the recommendations keep changing and how "confusing" it is due to all the changes that have been made. Please keep in mind this is because we are discussing a novel coronavirus. When new data emerges, when new variants are discovered, when scientists and medical researchers do their jobs correctly new guidelines have to be made and that means corrections and additions to already released data and conclusions. That's how science works.
I am 85 and have Sjögren’s and am now recovering from COVID-19 I had the J&J vaccine 2 years ago and no other boosters. As has been said it is okay to get another vaccine. Is JJ vaccine not readily available? I’m still having the after effects of COVID-19, so how long before I can get another vaccination
Thank you for the wonderful presentation.
