Thank you! I have been eyeing that course but was disappointed its sales page says I thought just Affinity Publisher or Keynote. I'm stoked to see you say they added InDesign!!! InDesign is what I want to use. That's a big deal so I hope they update their sales page!
Also there are many options for buying fonts and other stuff, some better than others, so I'm curious to see which they recommend!
The only thing holding me back from this course really is I just can't get as excited about digital planners as physical and printables. But I'm thinking on if some in my audience may love digital then it could be nice to provide that for them even if I personally don't necessarily want to use digital for myself. Their site also has a course on printables so maybe that's a better fit for me. Hmm. Not sure yet.

I'm really interested, but I don't even have a tablet haha. I have many ideas from planning creations that I came up with while bullet journaling.
Very cool. You should definitely put your ideas into a planner. If you do, I would LOVE to see it. You don't need a tablet to get started. I do all of my work on a desktop or laptop. I do happen to have a tablet so I test my planners on there, but you can test them in Goodnotes, Noteshelf, Notability or Xodo on your computer. In fact, several of my customer have told me they use my planners on their computer using Xodo. Apparently you can type into that app rather than having to use a stylus although I don't have any experience with that. :)

Taking the course is one thing Iâm thinking about. The resources are interesting but what about the business connections with other women that have taken the course and also with the teachers. Are you in contact with them? Are you associated or collaborating with some of them?
Yes but this has happened in many different ways for me over the years. Sometimes it happens in one class I take and then not in another. I take classes because I want to learn the info. to grow my business. If I make relationships on top of it, great. I've just let those form naturally and I believe they are stronger for them. Does that make sense?

Thanks for your patience awaiting my reply. I purchase commercial use digital paper on Etsy and Creative Market. Just be sure to understand the terms before purchasing. Arenât those pretty? I love them too.
As far as the video goes, I use Canva pro for all of my projects. You can add any type of animation to your listing image and download it as a video. Just create the first images exactly how you want it and then duplicate it to as many seconds of video you want. For Etsy itâs 15 seconds or less. Hope that makes sense.
I have a feeling that youâre going to know the answer to this and have amazing honesty. Can an Etsy shop have both digital planners and digital wall art and be successful at both? Or, in your opinion should the two shops be separate?
Itâs funny that youâre asking because I just responded to the same question earlier today. Let me look for my response and Iâll copy it here.
Hereâs my response about having two shops and selling planners / wall art in the same shop. âIt hasnât been a problem for me to have two shops as I follow the same strategies in both shops. The difference is that I don't plan on adding new products to Loving Mondays so it's really just a small amount of daily maintenance there (5-10 minutes a day). I also was interested in trying out a new style and type of product so it made sense to separate the two.
I would consider having two shops if you have different products. Unless the wall art is going to have the same flavor (i.e. you use the same patterns in your wall art that you do in your digital planners), then perhaps keeping them together makes sense. However, now that I said that, the biggest question is....are people shopping for planners & stickers also shopping for wall art? I think you have two different audiences here.
Definitely get 1 shop up and running first with either wall art or planners and once that's working the way you want, work on the second. My biggest advice is to NOT have two shops until the first one is where you want it to be and making sales. I hope that helps!â đ€

Hi Mranlee - I use Keynote to create my digital planners. Once Iâm completed, they are converted to a pdf as thatâs what is needed to upload to an annotation app. Does that make sense? đ

whats the specific difference between printable and digital?
Digital planners are meant to be used with an iPad (or tablet), an annotation app and a stylus (such as an Apple pen). They are basically the paperless version of planning. Printables are meant to be printed only for planning purposes. Hope that helps!

I've sold a few hundred digital stickers and cropping them into goodnotes take ages, do you have any quick tip on how to mass create digital stickers without using up too much time?
Thanks for watching. Yes! The key is digital sticker templates. Thatâs all I use. They are cropped for me. I can create that many stickers in an hour or so. Then I upload all to tinypng.com to compress as many as I want at one time. I bought the templates from Michelle Simpkin. Iâm not sure who else sells them. She has great videos that go with them. If you go this route, definitely get affinity and follow her directions. I use Canva but Iâm going to be moving them all to affinity because it will make the process even faster. Regarding your questionâŠ.when I first started on Etsy, I relied heavily on Pinterest. I stopped because I got frustrated with all of their changes and didnât have anyone I trusted to keep me updated on the changes. Now that I have Nadalie, Iâm excited to give it a go and see how it goes.

Hi karen, I finally finished a digital planner, itâs taking up to 99.9mb of space but the limit on etsy is 20mb and now I donât know what to do please help
Hereâs what you doâŠ1. Compress the planner as much as possible without losing quality. That will make it a better user experience as well. 2. Test it on your annotation to make sure the experience is good. 3. Upload it to Google drive or Dropbox. 4. Create a PDF with the shared link and perhaps some directions for downloading and uploading. 5. Upload that PDF to Etsy instead of the planner. đđ
Has selling digital planners on Etsy peaked and is now a saturated market? I suspect people who are making real full time income are the one selling courses on how to make the planners and not the ones actually selling planners. But maybe I'm wrong. Hi Candiss - Itâs a great question. I donât have any data to share with you, only my own experience having opened my second shop over the last 8 months. I truly feel that regardless of how many people are offering planners, there are just as many people interested in purchasing them. Maybe even more. And, youâd be surprised how many planner users buy multiple planners. Not just one. There are billions of people in the world and new people being introduced to planning every year. There will always be new students, new teachers, new moms, new dads, new young adults, new folks transitioning from so many things. The key is to create something that is uniquely yours. Not to just offer the same thing everyone else is. Lastly, Passive Income Planner Girl teaches that developing planners to sell is only a stepping stone to what else is inside you that you can offer to the world. Itâs a great way to start something without a lot of pressure and see where it takes you. Does that make sense at all?

How do I file my taxes with my digital business
Hi Summer. That may be a challenging question to answer. I can only tell you what I do in the US and then you can figure out what makes the most sense for your business. In a nutshell, I filed a partnership, LLC, keep track of all my business expenses on a spreadsheet and submit them to my accountant who files the necessary paperwork for the LLC. I wouldn't know what paperwork is appropriate as I don't do my taxes myself. I hope that helps just a little bit.

I don't work with adobe, Mac or any products that digital requires. I only have powerpoint and word Bummer!!
If you would like to use this template, the good news is, you can use Keynote on iCloud - support.apple.com/guide/icloud/keynote-mm10870edd4c/icloud. You can also create planners in Canva regardless of what computer you have (and in powerpoint, but I don't have experience with that). Of the programs I have tried, Keynote is the easiest. I use Keynote for planners & Canva for everything else. Hope that helps!

I've seen many people in that community do exactly that. Even though there are a lot of people selling different planners, no one is selling one like YOU can create. That being said, if you are concerned about selling 'planners', you can create other products based on search and trends that is taught in a class like E Printables - plannergirl--gold-city-ventures.thrivecart.com/etsy-printables/ (you can always turn those printables into digital format as well). hi so this is a great video and im very happy i came across. your youtube. so where do i start? i have no knowledge in creating digital planers and not the most creative person in the world however i see that you have templates that i can use to change around and make life easier. so because there are LOT of courses listed here, i need to know where do i start and does the course comes with templates included or do i need to buy those separately? The first and third suggestion come with templates for you to modify while teaching you how. The design course will teach you how to build a planner from scratch to make it uniquely yours. Just go with the one that makes you the most excited when you read the sales page.
