I remember JTT being a "thing" right before N*Sync. Maybe there was a little overlap. I remember that Home Improvement concluded and N*Sync debuted while I was in middle school. I remember him appearing on Smallville, but he was already past his TV prime by that point.

Hannah here- I think I've concluded that my biggest error was never watching Home Improvement! At least I finally caught on the pop culture train with N*Sync.
@@HannahSadie It's cool. Since Home Improvement aired on school nights, I knew of it in in the 90's through Friday night syndication. Until college, much of what I knew of pop culture I picked up through weekend TV, the radio, comics, and Disney Adventures magazine.
