    The laugh I laugh when hypomanic. Its comes from the depths of my spirit for the stupidest of things. I try to do so much because I know a low is coming afterwards

    it’s also so annoying because it’s almost like my sub conscious is like i don’t want to help myself not have mania that often because some of my best ideas have come out of mania it’s so annoying it’s like why can i just be normal and creative

    • @ReaganBeem
      @ReaganBeem  Před 5 měsíci +3

      yeah i get that on a super real level. i think for a while i’ve been scared to try to fix it bc i don’t want to lose the creative side but i feel like once you are at a normal emotional level you can almost find that creativity more frequently and naturally rather than random bursts of energy and excitement. i feel like most people have a choice to turn it on, but when it comes to being mostly depressed bipolar person you don’t really have a huge choice when you’re that low. treatment is also not for everyone. i do a lot of self work to help me through the downs, but i’ve also been trying different medications. can’t say i’ve had much luck yet but im hopeful 🤍

    I have bipolar I disorder and I am manic more often than depressed. It sounds awesome but it's very stressful and I go into psychosis with hallucinations and delusions. Hypomania might feel nice, but mixed hypomania and severe mania are both incredibly painful.

    Hey man, I love you, the lord loves you:)
    You’re doing great even though you may not feel it.
    Your music and videos are a huge inspiration:)
    I am not diagnosed with being bipolar or depression. But I know how I feel. And it ain’t always good.
    I feel the pain of highs and lows ups and downs every day and it’s rough. I feel like I got no one to talk to. The only thing that’s been there through it all is God.
    So above all I encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing, music etc.

    Reagan! Thank you for sharing your life, story and living your truth! We ALL have mental health and folks seem to forget that, and as physical, emotional and spiritual health, mental health is a part of our whole self. It needs to be exercised, nurtured, fed and lived! Keep taking care of you, and thanks again for sharing. Dancing A Round My Problems is a great song entirely and I have shared with s but of friends! Best to you and yours all ways! Geoff from Maine.

    i was diagnosed of ocd comorbid with bipolar ii 2 years ago at the age of 15 but funny thing, i only knew about it exactly 1 week ago. i basically forced myself to parents to get the psychological report that was ready for release 2 years ago. but bcs of my age, they seem to underestimate my situation. i anticipated that i would be diagnosed with ocd but i didnt think i would be officially diagnosed with bp2 as well. up until now, i am convinced that it was a misdiagnosis. tho make sense but idk, i cant seem to accept it bcs of the stigma that surrounds bipolar disorder. ive been down for a month, if not months, im too sensitive. i thought this feeling naturally comes with ocd. im so confused.

    Hey there, current MD student who has worked with multiple registered psychologists in the past and present!
    I am not here to invalidate you, your symptoms, or your diagnoses, this is just my opinion. Bipolar is commonly misdiagnosed and from what you are sharing in this video and in your comments (of course there's probably a lot more you prefer not to which is understandable), it seems like, in my opinion based on my experience and research in these cases, that you may have more than just Bipolar and if not, then it is likely your psychiatrist diagnosed you with the wrong disorder (there are several conditions that look like bipolar which has led to patients like you who do struggle with mental health to be misdiagnosed)
