If you have ever grown kohlrabi or seen it at the store, and you’re not sure what to do with it, I have the answer! Make this quick pickle kohlrabi recipe!
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 large kohlrabi
