Dave beautifully highlighting the gulf of difference between session players and bonafide. That band were dull as fuck and Pete And Roger were asked to sit through it. But then there's Dave, who just doesn't know I don't think how to not give his absolute fucking everything to all that he does.
Grohl's voice and energy carries the uninspired backing band (with the exception of the drummer) through the song. Hopefully it's the mixing that makes it sound this way because I don't understand how that many musicians can still make this cover sound that empty.
