Coming back from Costa Rica I really noticed the autumn colours on the way to the first waterfall
I felt the temperature drop and my mantra was ‘Go through the discomfort and just be present’
It’s been 8 years since I’ve been connecting with the waterfalls all year around .
My earlier years was the quiet years, as the world remained unaware, as I explored a deep dive into the mother natures embrace allowing me to process my burn out.
The Wim Hof Method has invited me to listen to my body’s whispers and over time like a silent dance, I felt I weaved a tapestry of connection, nurture, essence, gathering my strength across the Lake District
As I have an abstract mind I found I remembered each positioning of the rocks as a benefit of just being present - that’s the mindset I thought, it’s the 3rd pillar of the Wim Hof Method
For without those early years of patience growth, I would not have not grown in resilience to rise with such grace and speed of tapping into my innate wisdom
My spirit guide has always been there with me and each year this foundation of unity with my body and mind showing up everyday I now see this hidden strength, perseverance and enduring trust that I have tapped into my deeper powers
Most people will only see the moment they soar.
Most people will only notice the speed they grow without realising that their “quiet strength” was gathering for the past many early years.
The Wim Hof Method for me is not interested in chasing a fleeting moment of glory but resilience and freedom that last for a lifetime

I was over the Lakes about 3 weeks ago in Ambleside & Kendal & the Autumn colours were stunning, augmented by a clear blue sky. Lovely video & it was interesting to see the rise in the water level between the 2 days xx
