@@red7even52 I'm sure it was one hell of a journey. Clearly not the result of an afternoon perusing E Bay haha. I'm struck by how similar our tastes are. The mid to late 90s japanese sprite work, illustrations and soundtracks still make me very happy. Was such a vibrant and inspired time. Saying that, I'm really liking what Capcom and some other Japanese devs are up to these days as well.
the mid 90's were a golden time in the arcades, totally agree mate, the artwork and soundtracks reached a whole new level, we were spoilt in the arcades back then @@autex2609

Epic stuff Nick , obviously no surprise whatsoever though fron the last setup you had, amazing console collections , sounds like the shooter sets are all pretty much complete so you can sit back and enjoy them, some great artwork on display and very importantly you can actually play the cabs and consoles without it being too cramped, there's loads of room to enjoy everything. I do love the mvs candy cab, yours is so clean and tidy especially after the spruce up, having all the carts too in the boxes , absolutely amazing . Sounds like the right choice was made chopping things not wanted and buying some more amazing things you appreciate , good choice shifting ps4, especially some of that limited type stuff people buy to keep sealed because they've downloaded it for 18p, highlights though obviously are the mai shiranui figure 😂 and your cat watching over everything . Nearly forgot , I do like the neo geo light above the cab , there's someone on ebay doing some nice ones , was thinking about adding a fatal fury one. The cab lineup in the other room is a bit special too, understatement 😂 i do like the new konami windy , especially kitted out with the parodius theme , lovely, i remember seeing candy cabs up for sale bitd but that one seemed really htf in the uk , I'm guessing they were quite limited in Japan . Yeah very few are needed now, I can get down to the serious business of playing them rather than pokemon them😂 but the big gap is probably the FC shooters , but do I want to go down that rabbit hole ?..... hmm Recca 😂😂😂😂 The purge had to happen - the rpgs were never going to get played and it didnt make sense to shift things that were not going to get played, it really felt good to get rid of them especially when it enabled getting some out of reach games. Mai it still there, but definitely not the mrs's favourite item in the game room but she puts up with it (and all the rest of the tat 😂😂😂) A fatal fury light would be awesome mate - perfect for your shrines, I am guessing they dont do a Darkstalkers one otherwise you would of got it already !!!! Yeah The windy is my definitely my favourite at the moment, Yeah you really dont see that many of them, they actually did two models, the later blue one being trisync like the blast, Laters Craig

The thing about your collection is that it isn't your average game room, it is full of unusual and wonderful stuff. I mean that as a compliment btw lol What is a SEGA STV? What is a NAOMI? I now feel very inadequate in the gaming world as a whole, no idea what this stuff is, but I love it 💙 Amazing stuff mate 👍
Thanks Mate, hahaha yeah there is alot of random tat in there ! The STV is basically the Arcade hardware for the Saturn and Naomi is the dreamcast thats why those systems had arcade perfect ports, so only a fool would get the arcade version rather than the home console ports 😂😂 I feel the same way about some of the 8bit micro stuff 😂 but at the end of the day it just about enjoying the games! Thanks mate, I have been collecting arcade pcbs for around 20 years now, only wish I picked up Cave PCBs when they were still relatively affordable 🤣 thanks for checking out the video

Incredible. Thats a great way to make a return ❤❤ I love how you have upgraded all the boxes and made them all uniform for the systems. Such a nice space to enjoy your games, i love the attention to detail all the sets have. And the mini shrines within them. But the new windy at the end is something else.....my parodius shrine has a new grail to look out for.😂 Awesome stuff🤘
Cheers Eddie, not easy to get dusty large pcbs to look presentable on a shelf 😅 But its just a really simple solution to keep the PCBs protected and find where the games are when you want to play them. I am stoked with the Windy, especially getting sexy Parodius in the deal too, been after it for ages ! but level 2 🥵 a speeding level with water so early on in a game is brutal at least the turbo tunnel was kept to level 3!!!! I will be looking out for your Parodius treasures !!! Laters mate

Thanks James, it was a great feeling to get rid of alot of stuff that wasnt getting used and taking up so much space, needed to happen, I actually planned to sell a lot more stuff but once I moved the urgency to free space was gone. Thanks, I do like having the NeoGeo 29 surrounded by the games, feels like its in its natural habitat 😂 Yeah I do like a bit of roots reggae and early Dub, cant go wrong with a bit of Burning spear or Peter Tosh, use to have a bit of Vinyl but I think it lost years ago.
Arcade stuff since around 2006 when I got a supergun and started getting MVS carts, console stuff much earlier ! most the machines were picked up when I lived in Singapore from an Arcade that went out of business.
WOW. I'm an old Sega, Konami, Capcom, SNK etc. arcade head. This is the best personal collection I've ever seen. Just crazy.

Love how it all looks. I don't know anything about arcade collecting. Are those all official boxes or custom made ones? Looks very clean.
Thanks, they are just custom ones that I print labels for, really helps to protect the pcbs and I can always find the game I want to play.
