Pat Tillman is legend. He died in combat after a great career at ASU and the start of a career in the NFL. So, yes, it is an ASU jersey. But it would be like someone having a Jackie Robinson jersey on and someone describing it as a Dodgers jersey.

The city of Scottsdale will not let them go any higher, as it is too dangerous. If you can, look for photos from the street. It looks incredible. Also, we literally had a million tickets sold for the week, last year and the year before. You can't get into restaurants. Scottsdale is on steroids, that week.
