    How do you clean it? The lid part gathers crap in the cracks. How do you pull it apart for cleaning?

    Are these pretty spill proof? I like to stick my coffee thermos inside my backpack for my commute, so it would need to completely spill proof.

      Yeah although they are different colours they're not very vibrant are they. We got hold of one of the Yeti tumblers recently as my wife wanted to review it, so hopefully you'll enjoy that video when it's ready. Just trying to avoid becoming the travel mug channel 😂

    @A2B Productions Hey there, i was a owner of a latissima one, and i will upgrade my machine now, but i am in dought between the Nespresso Atelier and the Gran Latissima, witch one u think its better ? Keep up the good work !!! 😀

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi there. I wasn't a fan of the Atelier to be honest so would probably say Gran Lattissima. We do have various review and comparison videos on the channel, though, which include those machines in case this helps. Don't think we directly compared those two machines though.

      @@A2BProductions I am asking because nespresso has the subscripition program and those 2 are on the plan that i'm interested and the machine comes for only 1€. I would love the creatista but is too expensive and its not available on this program. But thanks for the feedback, and no u don't have a face to face of that 2 machines, maybe u can consider that!

    • @NVM1962
      @NVM1962 Před 7 měsíci

      I have a Gran Lattissima, it's good if you like pushing buttons to get the different varieties of latte it makes and you don't have the time, but keep in mind that the milk foam is not as thick as you would make it with the other coffee machine, That is, if with the Gran Lattissima you gain time in the mornings on a daily basis, with the other the foam will be better and abundant (if you know how to do it) but it will take you a little more time (I use an aerochino on weekends for that I have more time to enjoy).

    How long stay the coffee hot?

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 3 lety +1

      It depends on the type of coffee you drink. I've had people say that for a large black coffee it stays hot most of the work day but we find that for a milk based coffee it's probably around 3 hours. We did test the temperatures in the Vertuo Alto vs Nomad Large travel mug video we did incase that helps.

    how about the obvious thing....do they fit in car cup holders?. whats the point of reviewing a travel mug without saying how it is for travelling

    • @A2BProductions
      @A2BProductions  Před 3 lety +3

      Yeah we have mentioned the cup holders on other travel mug reviews we've done, but from the comments it did seem that there's not really a universal cup holder size. The Vertuo travel mug, for example, doesn't fit in my car cup holder but others said it did in theirs, so thought it best to give the dimensions so people can measure in their own car. If it helps anyone the diameter of the Nomad Medium and Large Travel Mug is the same as the diameter of the Vertuo Travel Mug at 8.5cm.

  • @LisaLogan-iz1ee
    @LisaLogan-iz1ee Před 2 měsíci

    The Nomad mug is a very poor product, the lid functionality stopped working after less than 2 months of not even daily use. It is stuck partially open and will not close, so I can't drink from it, nor does it seal up. It is useless. Very disappointed that Nespresso will not stand behind a product with their name on it.

  • @carlosnoname1427
    @carlosnoname1427 Před 11 měsíci +2

    If you put milk or dairy products in your coffee you simply can’t use the Nespresso mugs because there is no way to wash the cover, is the most stupid design I’ve ever seen for a mug, I’ve broken one cover to see what is inside and I’ve found a complete ecosystem 😂, Nespresso says you have to wash it immediately after use if there are dairy products in your coffee which is impossible if I take it in the morning when going to work ans the mug stays in the car at 50 deg. C the entire day

  • @FrankoZetto
    @FrankoZetto Před 11 měsíci

    They are piece of trash! I got one and I hate it! Not possible to clean the cover correctly! There is no way to open the mechanism to clean inside the cap and I can see coffee cumulat inside the sides! Terrible design also! You have to put your finger to press the mechanism which contains germs while you're on the road and you have to put your mouth there
