I just rewatched Coffeezilla's latest video on this, from a few months ago. Coffeezilla DOES acknowledge Logan's buyback-- and shows that Logan only refunded a tiny fraction of what his victims had lost. Logan is just lying about Coffeezilla here.

To me, it doesn't look like that at all. Based on the end of this video, he has hired at least *5* lawyers which probably isn't cheaper. He's also demanding a jury trial which is going to be less cheap than a bench trial (assuming the case will get that far).

Not as easy to prove as you think, laws in the US are different from Japan and other places. You can't be punished for presenting physical evidence such as text messages and then calling someone a mean name because of them.

Journalism is threatened/dying/dead in the traditional mainstream forms. Daily newspapers, local news programs, cable news, magazines, etc. However, itâs alive in other forms: local weekly Indy papers are still putting out deep dive investigative articles. Good books are being written by journalists. Wire services are still cranking out basic news as they always have. Bellingcat. MSM outlets that mostly do crappy 24 hour news cycle stuff and showcase ranting pundits also produce some excellent long form content on TY.

it would not help with already in legal case Logan Paul is a well-known influencer and CZcams content creator. Attorney Tom has taken legal action against Paul and other defendants over the alleged CryptoZoo scam.
I have seen too many times that internet celebrities lose the court of public opinion and then decide that duking it out in an actual court case will make the situation any better. If he loses, he looks like an incompetent idiot with too much time on his hands. If he wins, he looks like a petty asshole who can't take criticism on the internet.

It won't reach a courtroom but yes. That would be played in court if it came down to it. Logan would be called up to the stand, asked to testify his case by the defense, and then asked "Were you lying then or are you lying now?"

AFAIK coffezilla did make a video on Logan's buy back deal for the crypto zoo victims. And it wasn't a good deal in his opion, which I agree with. People bought these NFTs for 1 ETH each and Logan only gave back 0,1 ETH. And if you take the deal you can no longer sue him for the money you lost. Also the people that bought the zoo coin (crypto currency) get nothing. Btw, he didn't even do this immediately, he did it in january 2024 and that is almost a year after the crypto zoo class action lawsuit was filed against him and the other people involved in february 2023.
To me that doesn't look like somebody who "wants to make things right for the victims" and is"taking responsibility/accountability"...
