It would be funny if the PSCT was "regardless of position" and then see as a card like Man-Eater Bug gets made meta again since it can snipe stuff out of the hand or deck.
That cloudian card needs some sort of once per turn. Otherwise it just special summons the hand looper 3 times, loop 2 card out the hand and uses the 3 hand loopers to make another link. Any form of recyclying of the bossmonster ia just an instant win if unstopped.
There's 3 way. With Summon Cloud, storm dragon, and cloudian aerosol. With summon cloud you need the card, turbulance, any lv 4 cloudian. So you need 2 specific card and 1 semi specific monster in your starting hand. With dragon, you need turbulance and dragon. then summon turbulance, special summon smokeball, use it for link 1, summon dragon by banishing 1st smokeball in GY, give counter to turbulance, then ss 2nd smokeball With aerosol, you need turbulence, aerosol and any 1 cloudian monster. Again, 2 specific card and 1 semi specific. You need to do that without searcher because there's no cloudian searcher Also 1 ash stops the entire combo
That exactly how to balance the link monster. The most effective way to summon it gives you less resources. Therefore using more resources will reward you more. I believe summoning 3 lv 4 cloudian in 1 turn is impossible unless you're using something like double summon.

I've been thinking for a time about making a "Legacy of the Victory Dragon" card, basically a card that makes you delete everything else and summon a useless dragon that if it attacks or destroys (idk wich one yet) you win. It will be terrible, gimmicky and useless but pretty funny.
I feel an easier way to do the zorc ritual spell is "roll a die, summon a token with a level equal to the result, then ritual summon". I guess it's worse because then you need an open zone but, eh.

The problem with the Cloudian Link monster are his arrows. A Link monster can not point left-up and right or right-up and left and of course right-up and left-up at the same time. That's because it would require less monsters to make the lock that takes both extra monster zones. The only Link monster that I think brakes this rule is the Topologic Zeroboros, but it has the restriction where you can not summon/set monster to zones he points to.
There is actually 3 monsters that break that rule, Zeroboros, flash charge dragon, and S-force justify. Though all 3 of them have that "You can't summon/set monsters to a zone/extra zone (for zeroboros) this card points to."
Yeah. After he started in the underground dueling ring, he developed a heart condition due to the electroshock attachments they used to inflict actual damage alongside the life point damage. In his final duel shown on screen, vs. Yubel possessing Jesse, he has a heart attack near duels' end and collapses. Supposed to have died then, but I believe they brought him back in the final episodes.

yugioh does suffer from you just got to expierence it first hand rulings cause of terms are unclear for what they actually mean or just resolve in an illogical way. ignoring summoning conditions is prime example of it since the summoning condition ends up messing up game state if summoning conditions are not accounted for. it has existed for so long that the ruling can not be replaced it has to be explained better

A Monster can only be equipped with one Vylon Attachment. For the rest of the turn after you activate this card, you can only special summon light monsters. If you activate the first effect of this card, you can not activate this cards second effect. So if you first effect to equip from deck, you can't use second effect to equip from hand. Gives Better consistency with some restriction. Okay so basically this card is a better unauthorized reactivation /Dragunity divine lance for Vylons, which I came up with this idea way before those two cards ever existed and to this day I'm both surprised at how close unauthorized reactivation is to my vision and salty about how similar divine lance is and that it went to Dragunities. But look, this card is searchable, can synergize with every single Vylon monster that currently exist, and it allow the deck to do synchro plays using it own cards for once and not outside help. For example, can summon any tuner the deck is full of and activate this card to equip any Vylon union monster, then you can immediately unequip the union to summon it and then you can do a synchro summon. Also when attachment leave the field it will replace itself with a different Vylon spell you can search. Unauthorized reactivation already allow you to do this except it only works on Vylon Cube tetra and sphere, cube being the only good one you would want to use it on. So it would be better in that it work for any Vylon tuner like Stella and prism making it more consistent to go into epsilon delta and sigma. It also work with Vylon Hept allowing you to equip a tuner from deck and then use his effect to unequip and then do a synchro summon, although that's a slightly worse play because then the tuner will get banished. Lastly of course you could use it on any of the Vylon synchros or Vylon disigma to tutor any of the Vylons from deck to equip to them for their bonus effects. Something unauthorized reactivation can't do because they are all fairy and not machines, currently can only do that with Union Carrier because he can attach to anything, so having this would free up union Carrier to be able to equip something different. It works with the Vylon Loop, its searchable by Vylon Cube, and it's seriously the one Card Vylons should absolutely get should they ever see support one day

About the Serpent of Geh, Devourer of Suns text, “target cards anywhere” is correct PSCT and used in Aurkus Lightsworn Druid.

BAs for example don't trigger when they're returned with burial from a different dimension

If your opponent buys a pack and there's a lightsworn in it, they go -1 because it cant be targeted.
The cloudian arrows are a big nono. That's a v-link. Especially since smokeball gigaspam is a real strategy of theirs.
The blue eyes card can only reborn fusion monsters, it only mentioned cards with blue eyes as fusion materials
