What is Lipoedema?

Lipedema/ Lipoedema will affect one in 72,000 people and 9/10 will be female.
Lipoedema describes a condition where there is an abnormal buildup of fat, predominantly in the lower trunk, but sometimes in the arms. Many patients describe the condition as feeling like they have two different bodies, one above the waist and one below the waist.

Yes both me and my daughter has it . And doctors really need educated in it . I educate the specialist my daughter was sent to and he thanked me as he had never heard of it . Only 10% research has been done on it since 1954
