Doesn't matter Chinese babies scream and cry. They are used to all the noise. Have you ever watched an orphanage video? Always crying and screaming. They are used to it.

They now have a weight limit based on BMI. Age is like under 42 I believe. Also can’t have any children at home under the age of 3.
