I remember watching your videos 6 years ago. I found that I made lots of interesting art, but nothing I would want to hang and look at. I wasted so much money on paint and such, but I think I enjoyed watching you more than the mess I made and what I ended up using to hang. Hope you are well.
Bought the paint-so much Dutch boy white, bought the little sticks and cups, made such paint messes! But it was fun after my mother died as a distraction.

This is one of the first pieces of fluid art that I watched on CZcams. I keep coming back to it because it’s so beautiful. I also like all of the tricks you use, maybe without even realizing, to mould the piece into its final state. It’s such an inspiration for me as a beginner. I love this piece so much. Thank you for sharing.

I like that you shared the true process of this piece. We are so accustomed to seeing only perfect (perfectly edited lol) moments on these technique videos. You trusted your inner need for color harmony and balance. Only a trues artist gets that! The video is FLAWLESS!!

Finally, so many pour "artists" leave 0 negative space and it looks like something a child made by accident. Your art utilizes negative space, resulting in your art looking intentional.

I loved it from beginning to end. Headed to the paint pouring (laundry) room to try and create something in the neighborhood of your awesome pour. I think it's sad so many mothers failed to instill "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" in their children. Undoubtedly will get some backlash but am soooo tired of so much negativity.😊

Ann I love the delicacy of your work and appreciate you sharing your expertise on a public medium... Please continue to please yourself, it is always 'your' art and none of us have a hope of pleasing everyone. I know how hard it is to nurture the sensitivity necessary for an artist and not be disheartened by criticism. but if Monet listened to critics who preferred Constable, where would he have been? Well said! There’s always a critic in the house isn’t there. Why do people feel the need to criticise & tear down someone’s work.No two artworks are the same, like we humans...so everyone should admire & stop the negativity. Personally, this has become the problem with humanity since social media began. Have a brilliant day my friend💐

Awesome result! And you've so brave at erasing and giving it a new trim. Thank you for sharing!

I have to say that (while I like the finished product) I think it would have looked good with all that darkness too! Kind of made me think "From darkness comes light"! Very beautiful piece, both ways! 😊
