Been taking pwo for years never went over the recommended scoop and my workouts have always been progressing. If it gives you a boost and gives you that better workout then I don't see any problem
Watched this while drinking my pre workout lol
Same LOL
For real. I feel like sometimes they are full of it. They know damn well they still take pre-workout 😊
This was actually pretty helpful because I feel like taking a pre work out or not is debatable. My friend and I have podcast and we are planning on doing an episode about gym supplements so what you guys taking about on your podcast is beneficial. 🙌🏼💪🏻💪🏻
Smart and concise. Thank you.
What an amazingg podcast segmant
I have personally had good experiences with l arginine and l citrulline combined but I suppose everyone is different but also agree that nothing is really better than eating Whole Foods
I full body train 3 days a week, get so jacked up on total war that I talk shit to myself in the gym and have zero issues with sleep or anything else so I guess it’s a case by case thing.
total war by redcon? its alright, their fuckin nutritional label always confused me
Just tried total war today and I loved it. Took a half scoop and felt like Thor hahaha
What time you train at?
@@francescofulghieri9608 7pm and sound asleep by 10
Love you guys and I get the point your trying to get across but like, who cares if someone has a ritual with pre workout and some metal music. If that’s what is going to get you in the gym and get you a great workout than who cares. That whole ritual is part of the workout experience and what I love about lifting so much and that’s what brings me back to the gym
Time and time again.
Well after a while you build a tolerance witch is the only issue with taking it so often
I listen to the wcw Goldberg theme song on my 3 minute walk to the gym as my pump ritual
2 scoops and Slayer baby, letssss GOOOOO
May Fraser took beta alanine alone and said it made him feel like he had a 3rd lung. I may try higher does strictly beta alanine
I do beet juice concentrate and 6 grams of citrulline. If I'm working out early in the day I take with coffee/tea.
"I'm having it more than usual. And I know that because, I'm fucking tired" this is so relatable 😂
Nice video
I drink a small cup off coffee in the morning to help wake me up and boost me with some energy threw out the day at work, when I get home I use a pre work out before the gym to help boost me in the gym, and maybe a cup of tea after to relax. I try to stick to water besides that to keep hydrated, and my caffein tolerance down for when I need it.
Sure
Strong Black Coffee & Hard Work, works for me. Never took pre-workout before. 3 years at the gym. Lost 21kg
Damn bro youre so hardcore
Never took a pre workout so you don’t realise how much better you can train while taking them…
Does pre with the fat burner work? Because I really feel like it does
Love the tingles
👍
Vital Farms Pre Workout line, has 5g collagen as well.
I'm so mentally reliant on pre workout that I'm scared if I don't take it, ill mentally handicap my self and lose reps.
😂😂😂
Maybe
Great
I wonder why Sal is so negative on citrulline. 6-7g of l-citrulline daily most definitely help with the pumps for me. I'm drinking around 3 liters of water and I like salty foods so I'm always hydrated with plenty of salt in my system but when I started taking citrulline my pumps went through the roof. Maybe it's just me...
I don't use any pre workouts, just good nutrition and a cup of espresso
Any brand of preworkout recommendations? I have been using in the past six star explosion
Chaos & Pain Cannibal Riot if you can tolerate 300mg caffeine. If not go for Ghost Legend.
Gorilla mode
I’ve been using Mr Hyde mixed with the Mr Hyde pump inducer and I like it
Can y’all talk about how caffeine reacts to creatine? I always take my creatine with my preworkout. Any insight? Studies seem to be mixed.
Just take your creatine at another time of the day. Just to be sure
Creatine is more beneficial in the post workout shake.
most studies agree that caffeine negates the benefits of creatine when taken together. take them separately with atleast a few hours in between and you should be fine
Salt and water for pump, coffee for leg day.
5mg Cialis
And wear skins only to the gym!
Ok
Doesn’t it disturb your sleep? And don’t you just used to it and it makes you need more and more? Seems like a bad thing
Yes if you use to much, for me I only do it for leg days because those are the hardest
25mg of caffeine? Did you take 10 at once?
😅
Why
I use no explode by bsn I've used it for fuckin years on and off
Drinking an energy drink isn't the same as pre-workout pre hits different , I don't take it everyday I go to gym but still it kicks your ass in gear
2020 anyone?
Anyone 2021 haha
155mg of caffeine, is in an average pre workout, equates to like 4 cups of coffee? Not to mention the aminos acids in it, convenient, I can't train as hard without it
Just on this. It really depends on the coffee you're using as reference. 150mg is closer to 2 espressos.
Amino acids aren’t important if you have a high protein diet. Your already covered.
🙏✝️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Coffee isn’t good for you.. and beetroot extract is negligible at BEST, citrulline and betaine anhydrous will help you get a great workout
Studies do not say coffee is bad for you. Nothing wrong with a cup.
that was one of the most stupid i ever heard..coffee is actually good for health and has a lot of benefits and u can drink more than one cup..reserach official studies before u talk your shit plz..
Nice video
Sure
Ok
2020 anyone?
