    Does it work with SyncDrive Pro, 85Nm and latest version of smart gateway (currently 20240416000)? I saw VOLspeed V4 doesn't work with the latest version of smart gateway... so curious if that chip works

    The website says "The unlocking of the engine at 25 Km / h is activated by pressing the walk button" This doesn't mean you have to push the walk button every time you reach 25kmh to unlock does it? I'm not clear what the Advanced chip does beyond what the standard chip does.

      The standard chip unlocks to 50km/h and is always active.
      The advanced chip works with the app shown towards the end of the video, Which allows you to set the chip to an always activate state as well as a few other features. Note the mappings are no longer available since recent firmware updates by giant. It can also be turned on and off with the walk button if needed.

      @@EpiceBikes Thanks for replying. Sorry, your website says for the standard chip "The unlocking of the engine is always active when you turn the bike on" and for the Advanced it says you need to push the walk button. Are you saying this not correct?

      My mistake, The standard is in fact always active, While the advanced can be set to always active via the app or turned on and off with the walk button if desired.

    Hi, would this chip suit a Giant Tallon E with Syncdrive?

    • @EpiceBikes
      @EpiceBikes  Před 4 měsíci

      Yes it suits the Talon E+, Due to it's low power motor you will only get 35-40km/h Top speed
