    Some tips that can help you for sure.
    1. Focus on what your eyes see. Other than what your mantility see. .
    2. Instead of focusing on croud focus on individual persons.
    3. Don't talk first listen think and then express your self.
    4. Don't get confuse always plan and focus on your next step.
    5. Always keep yourself calm and Stable.

    I am anxiety victim till now. It happens to me when I take heavy foods at once. Should I avoid running rice? Also suddenly I becomes so aggressive when no one justify my equation. Also every stories matches with me. I became victim of anxiety for the first time by same process as you undersigned sir. Also when I watch negative shows, like religious debates, political fights, crime videos series, gaming etc. My mind is attached with extreme negetive sir. Does this process work with me as you described smoothly? Sir I will try from now onwards. 🙏

M sochii neend puri nhi hui h isliye.....pr usk baad sirf meri problem badhte gyii 2 se 3 din m social anxiety k sare symptoms aagye the....or 3 saalo tk mujhe samjh m nhi aata tha ki hua kya h ...bs pata tha ki kuch too hua h ... Itna jada dar kis baat se lagta h ... Qki phone jesa kuch nhi tha mere pas too late pata chala ..

    Sir मेरे साथ
    बहुत बार किसी से हलकी लड़ाई हो तो
    उसके कम से कम 2 से 8 दिन तक उसका एक डर सत्ता ता रहता है बचपन से कोई मुजसे ऊंची आवाज में बात करे फिर भी डर रहता है हर बार कोशिश करता हूं पर इससे निकलने की पर होता नहीं है
    ओर एक रोज एक रस्ते से घर आना जाना होता है पर हर बार एक याहाहस
    रहता है कि कोई आपको देख रहा है एक ये लगता है क्यों यही समझ नहीं आता है 👍
    लोगो से बात करने भी डर लगता है कोई क्या कहेगा ओर क्या सोचेगा 👍यहीं लगता है इसी वजह से मेरे दोस्त भी नहीं 👍🙏
    आज ही पता चला मेरी इस बीमारी का इसी वजह से ये कॉमेंट जर रहा हूं🙏

    by the way ...I m cool....for my know ones but...sometimes suddenly epic scenes happens with me ...like ....hesitation....little bit fear from sociality and having not any intrest in any one...just want to talk any one in silence place and ..there should not be any other 3 person to listen my talks..and my some symptoms are more disgusting 😣 like sometimes I m not able to express my self thorigh my expression and not able to getting focused in front of any one...juts try to get rid of that person...literally I m totally disturbed from my own life🤧

      Same bro 😞 I can't eat in hotel when ever I go in hotel or shopping mall or pubic travel I feel my anxiety and my heart beat goes very high and I feel and some times I do wontings in public placeses because of fear someone HELP ME!

    sir I ma facing same problem bahr bahut kam niklata hun, ghr me rhna acha lgta hai , shadi party avoid krta hun. aisa lagta hai sab log mujhe dekh rhe hain mere upr dekh ke hasenge. bhut sare doctors ko dikhaya medicine kafi had tak kam ki lekin phir waise hi. bachpan me jab mai schhol me tha tab mere sath ek ghtna hui thi. mere sir bhut strict the tab unke isi dar ki wajh se mere me changes hone lge the stammer ki probl hona shuru ho gayi kbhi kbhi bolna chahun to awaz hi jaise na bahr aaye. plz help me.

    Sir mera sb chij mein dar Beth gya hai koi chij mein mn nhi lgta hai. Hm khud ka behaviour tk bhul hai chuke hai. koi bhi kaam krne jaate hai toh hmesa dar lga rhta hai knhi phir se ghabrane toh nhi lgenge. Apna family ke saath jo itna hm khus rhte the. ab hmesa dare rhte khud se nazar nhi mila paate hai. Hmesa mera chera udaas rhta hai or aankh mein pani rhta hai hm kitna bhi chahte hai ki ye sb nhi ho phir bhi wahi chij repeat hota iske karan dusra log bhi hmse pareshan hai . mera man ek dar Beth gya hi ki koi dekh rha hai or ye dar ke karan mera mind puri trh blocked ho jaaata sochne smjhne ka chamta ekdum khtm ho jaata. Or mera kaam mein gadbadi ho jaata hai ab koi bhi kaam mein confidence nhi rhta hai. Sb chij mein dar baith gya ki hmse nhi hoga. ...sbse nazre chupaate rhte hai. Kisi ko face nhi kr paate hai. Kisi se baat krte hai dar lgta hai knhi rone toh nhi lgenge bhul jaate hai ab kya baat kre.     Mujhe ghabrahat hone lagg jaati hai jab bhi mei bahut se logo ke beech jaata hu
    Muje lgta hai ...public dealing se ghabrahat hone lagti hai..sabhi log muje dekh rhe
    Mere baare mei baate kar rhe ulta seedha bol rhe ..hath kampne lagg jaate hai ...or yehi sabh mei sochne lagta hu mere chehre ke expression change ho jaate hai heart beat increase ho jaati hai
    Kuch bolta hu to pta ni chlta galt bol rha hu ja sahi .....its all out of my mind .....eye contact problm bhi hai .i am already deepressed and now this ....
    Isi karan maine 3 baar job change kar chuka hu ...
    But abb fir vahi problms face kar rha hu
    Tab ehsaas huya problm mujme hai .
