I would love to try Claire's cooking. If it's presented perfectly, it should taste perfectly. I've learned how to cook her Pasta A La Clara, I've cooked it three times and it is beautiful. The only thing I would change is just add mushrooms because for me, I didn't like it so much with meat. The first time I cooked it, I added ham like it said in Claire's instructions and it was fabulous, but it wasn't as with the ham in. Then, I tried it with chicken and it was the same thing so it would suit me with just mushrooms in. A lovely dish made by Claire Richards, the best cook in the world!

Christ the UK master chef is so mellow dramatic, no music, no flair at all. It's enough to put me to sleep. Its like being in a Library with people whispering. this is like ASMR.
I watched the American version and got dizzy with all the fast editing and dramatic face shots and what is up the the film style score? It's Masterchef not Pulp Fiction.
These guys that are tasting the different foods must realise that everybodys taste buds are different.

I just realised something greg always looked old. Even when he was relatively young in this series.
And yet, I think Gregg has stood the test of time while John, in 2021 looks a little louche.
