Pag nabawasan sahod nila. Mas ma eengganyo silang mangurakot.
BRAIN DRAIN
- EKONOMICS
Kunin yung galing sa pork barrel nila.
The older I get, the more akong nangungulila sa bansa natin. When I take care of my patients every shift here in the US, napapa-isip din talaga akong paglingkuran ang mga kababayan natin. It feels so much better to take care of our own people, parang mas 10x yung care ko sa mga kapwa ko pinoy. Pero nga, I have a future that I need to secure kaya kailangan kong mag-ipon habang bata pa. Kung hindi lang talaga sa agwat ng sweldo at discrimination na nakukuha ng mga nurses sa Pilipinas, uuwi talaga ako for good and work as a nurse back home to serve our people.
Tama, especially teachers. I'm a education student right now and after my undergrad studies, passed my LET, at least 2-3years, and atleast may masteral (optional) and I'm good to go. Napaka hirap talaga sa pinas, di mo masisi 10-20 years from now may shortage na tayo samba teachers, nurses, accountant etc.
My mom used to be a nurse sa Saudi Arabia noong nabubuhay pa sya, then magta-try sana sya mag apply ng application sa US but the NCLEX & CGFNS eh mahirap na exam kasama pa ang sari saring English tests hanggang sa yumao sya hindi na nya natupad ang dreams nya to come here, then after nya namatay ako ang sumunod sa Dreams nya na makapunta ng US, hindi man ako graduate ng alin mang course ng college eh tinupad ko naman ang dreams ko na mapadpad d2 and I'm currently living here in Chicago, USA for almost 5 years at nagwowork sa isang kilalang airline industry, right now I'm proud to say na isa nakong ganap na US Citizen just recently. Minsan wala rin sa titulo or skwelahan ka galing or ano kurso kundi nasa pagsisikap at diskarte din at patience sa pag hahanap at pagiging mabuting tao para mas maraming tumulong sayo. I'm really proud to be a new American Citizen 🇺🇸👍 worth the wait lahat ng paghihintay at pagiging mapagkumbaba...
Hi, paano ka po nakapunta dyan? Saan ka nag-apply sa atin? Ty po.
ang ganda nman natupad poh yung American dream nyo poh☺
It’s a good country. I like it also. Even if people criticize it, I still think the USA has many opportunities for a better life
Nurse - Patient Ratio:
Ideal - 1 nurse: 5 patients (depende pa sa area, mas critical na area like OR, DR, ICU, NICU mas konting pasyente dapat hawak ng nurse)
US - 1 nurse: 3 - 5 patients
[ SAHOD: $25++ / hours for 12 hours sa 3-4 days pasok, pwede ka pang mag-part time, kayang umabot ng P300k per month sahod mo, kaya nagagawa pang ngumiti ng Pinoy nurses kahit pagod]
Pinas - 1 nurse: 1 WARD ( SA ISANG WARD, ILAN ANG PASYENTE? 20? 30? 50?)
[SAHOD: P500+ / day sa 8-12 hours na pasok o kaya P8k-10k / month, 6 days a week. OT mo thank you lang.
Pity them though. Ako kasi mabait at maalaga akong nurse. Dami ko nang napangiting pasyente at napatawa before and after sila maoperahan so I can exclude myself to them.
More power to all the Filipino nurses in the Philippines! Hope the Phil government will realize how precious you all are. I’ve been a NICU nurse here in the US for 32 years, I have been compensated very well even a good pension when I retire.
Nurses in pinas: overworked under paid! But love being a nurse!!! Mabuhay lahat ng nurses sa pinas!
sa U.S poh, merong 3-days na Day off☺
Our unsung heroes, mabuhay! Filipino nurses
This is soo true!!!
Nurse ako dito sa Canada for 9 years now, and I took nursing school here also...but some of the best, most compassionate and hardworking nurses I’ve worked with are the ones who studied and came from the Philippines!!
May kilala akong nurse sa pinas and I could not believe when she told me that maximum salary ng nurse sa pinas is around 35,000-40,000 pesos!???? That is equivalent to THREE shifts here in Canada!!!! I am not kidding at all.
Kelangan talaga taasan ang mga sueldo nila for the amount of work they do and the stress they have to face!
God bless all the nurses who work so hard and expect nothing in return... you are the real heroes...💕💕💕
watching this now during covid crises, americans are lucky to have filipino nurses.
Especially to my Ate sa California working as ICU Nurse
Charing!
Very good documentary for all nurses in Abroad n Philippines. As a nurse mahirap talaga ang trabaho ng nurse kahit saan mundo.I salute all nurses around the world.
Nurses who prefer to stay in the country are truly our MOST ADMIRABLE HEROES....sana the show can post their contacts so that pinoys around the world can send them gifts as token of appreciation......
there’s no shortage of nurses in the phils it’s just that filipino nurses works in other field because of low salary
or no jobs at all
Now there's a shortage even in private. Low salary. Opp abroad. Declined students enrolling to nursing schools. ☹️
SANA BISITAHIN KAMI DITO SA GERMANY... MARAMI DIN PO KAMING NURSES DITO
Excellent documentary. Galing talaga ng GMA News.
thank you for the Info. talaga magsipag ang mga Filipino. .iam so proud,
Salute to nurses who serving the pilipino in its own country🙋🙋🙋
Thank You for this GMA! KUDOS
These Filipino people that stay & work in their own country are a HERO'S! I take my hat off them & yes they deserved a Salary increase. God Bless You All. 😇👼
Agree for you Madam same in UK they really proud and honor to our nurses from the Philippines,,, nakakaatuwa ang mga kababayn ko ,,,
I am a Perioperative nurse. I'm proud to help my kababayan.
Eleazar Mabanag you are proud but you cannot eve speak tagalog
@@wickedmcjagger7911 I can speak or write in English whatever and whenever I want. Let me just ask you, is it bad to use my learning? This is social media my dear and everybody is entitled to use whatever language they want to use/speak not unless if you're bullying someone then that's a different story. Sorry to tell you but i don't entertain people who are cyber bullies it's not my cup of tea. Just a heads up i also speak fluent tagalog, bisaya and ilonggo and I'm also a black belter in SARCASM 😏. Ikaw what language do you speak? Stupidity? Di ko kailangan makipag debate or i explain ang aking sarili kasi hindi naman worthy yung comment mo. If i were you better go back to work and wag kang palaging youtube ng youtube. Make yourself productive kasi wala kang makukuha sa akin and wala din akong makukuha sa iyo. Basta today is my rest day and i don't want other people to destroy my inner peace. Namaste to you my friend. Have a good one!
@@shaaamira7167 i don't want to be a hypocrite. Wala tayong choice kung di mag ibang bansa dahil doon mas malaki ang sahod. I want to secure my future and the future of my family. Like what they said there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Pag naka ipon ka na ng sapat you can have an early retirement at the age of 55. Pwede ka nang bumalik sa pinas and I invest mo yung pera mo to put up a business sa pinas.
I am a tambay nurse!
Kudos sa mga kapwa ko nurses...
Lalo na ngwowork as OFW nurses.
Mabuhay ang mga Filipino Nurses. Kayo idol namin.
Am proud of our Pinoy health workers overseas, keep up the good work and great impression of Pinoy workers!
thanks brigada for this episode
it uplift my spirit being a nurse. at least someone voiceout our struggles. mahirap po maging nurse. kumbaga all around eh. tagalinis. tagapag alaga. taga gamot. minsan even doctors and patient relative inaaaway kame. yung stress ba sa work. you need to focus sa lahat. giving medications, doctors order.documentation. minsan may feeding kapa or emergency. may code pa. oo andun na tayo na this is our profession. but simple respect and symphathy lang po or thank you. nakakawala ng stress sa work. i wish taasan naman nila salary ng nurse so ndi nako mag abroad. i miss my son nadin.
And everybody has a
tress!
Hoo dapat lng taasan na ang inyong sweldo good Service at masipagin pa kayong mag work.
I don't know but while watching this i get so emotional...
Mabuhay ang mga Pinoy Nurses all over the world. Salute! ❤️
👼👼
One or the best nurses in the world.
Filipinos are some of the best people in the world. I'm Filipino and I'm proud to be one.
Grabeh! Taasan ang sweldo nila.
awesome documentary gma7.. Hope you can have a documentary Also about our profession, #RESPIRATORY THERAPIST where being needed much in the hospital especially in ICU and other critical care areas
That gratifying episode you expose for nurses.its true they have heavy load per patient ratio, small scale salary esp in private sector less benefit too.
Good job Brigada. Keep up the good work Lhar and Kudos to GMA. 👏❤️🙏
I'm a RN worked in KSA and UAE at nakaka gulat tlga ma amaze ka 😊 na minsan snasasabi ko kailan kaya magiging ganito sa pinas
As you get older , time to move to a lighter unit. Worked in the clinic now, less stress, I don't missed the extra pay for the specialty unit. Simply injections and making appointments + sitting pretty.
Korek!
Sinabi mopa, i have heard about that. Kawawa tga kababayan natin.
Much love see the nurses Filipino here in states
I remember my salary back in 2007. P100/day then ng increase naging P220. Almost 7k lng per month. Kya end up andto sa saudi.
Nurses are highly respected as a profession in most other countries, especially in the first world countries.
NURSE HERE FROM DUBAI!!!
Hi
Some day I'll go to USA and work there as a opthamologist, there salary is higher than philippines.
The salary of RN in one government hospital here in Texas is about $40.00/hour plus 10k per year night shift differential.
Goodluck Philippines,
God bless nurses
tamang tama 2020
1month salary ng nurse dito sa bay area is like $12k a month about 600k pesos sa pinas. But it varies from location
Kuddos to my colleagues I’m so proud of you 🤗🙌
EHR training in the Phils for nurses aiming for abroad would be a great idea ng di sila masyadong mahirapan pagdating sa abroad.
Saan mang sulok ng mundo may pinoy kakaproud ❤❤❤
Wow @ 1:22. Sharon Segovia Solis! Can’t believe I found you on this video.
Realtalk to 💪🏽
Paano naman kc new curriculum ng new curriculum sana gawan nyo ng paraan mga tulad ng case namin me iwas in 3rd year non tapis bgla pumasok new curriculum i need to go back 1st year taps nong kailan na abot ko na yong 4rt year 5 subject left para mag graduate nag new curriculum nanamn kayo ...i look for school san para tapusin nlang sana pero sabi nila yon daw ang inimplement ng ched .Sana magawan nyo paraan mga case namin na ganito
I am not a nurse, but proud of all the nurses in the world especially to the one in the Philippines . Who’s underpaid , unappreciated and mostly overworked .
junjun jemar : lol they just don't have choices at all......
Naging Practical lng ! Sa pinas , na enjoy mo work mo kasama pamilya mabait na mga kasamahan sa work ..pero till when ? Kaya isip2 din para mabago living condition mo ...
@@katieespino1 😂. Korek!
They are so profissional
Proud to be a Nurse nd a Physical Therapist..
Taga Saan po kau
My sister is also a nurse and a PT. I am a PT also for almost two decades now in the US.
Thank you
15k daw ang salary rate sa government as a Nurse? As in? Eh 2k lang tinatanggap ko ah. Nyeta!!!
Just like my boss said, it may sound prejudice but she really want to have a Filipino worker.
How to apply can you give me more informaation what agency
I’m a nursing student here in the US (bay area) particularly. I have two more years to finish off my nursing school and clinicals. If given a change i want to pursue nurse practitioner too for two years.
Nurse din ako dito sa America, in new york city to be exact....pero gusto ko ng mag retire! Ayoko ng maging nurse!
Sus... para lang yan sa mga regular.. they doont look at the casual and job order nurses.. how many years na ako pero wala pa rin...
Proud for dr. Lachica
Salary increase for the nurses and doctors plssss, lalo na nangyari itong pandemic
My suggestion po ako na sana may magrepresent sa mga filipino nurse na mabigyan ng PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ALLOWANCE from the goverment dahil ang trabaho naman nating mga nurse ay para sa kapakanan ng mga pilipinong nangangailangan ng serbisyong medical at ito ay isang public service whether its from the private or public hospital basta you are working in the philippines at na meet mo naman yung requirements to avail of the allowance. just thinking.
56US$per hr. currently plus 6US$ differential abot ng more or less 60US$ per hour. Kaya lang mataas standard of living kaya daming gastus din
Hello po to Dra. Balbuena!
Love my job as a nurse at Long term facility here at Arkansas
Maraming details left out sa report na to. and about the pay, it is not that extravagant COMPARED to normal 9 to 6 jobs because of their deductions and professional insurance and continued learning.
Sad yong disable girl bina bottle feed pa.. But she is blessed dahil mukhang good nurse Nanay & Lolo niya
i have saved lots of patients in the middle East.. hopefully to save patients also in the home in Philippines...
Maganda opportunidad yan...
How come you didn’t visit us in Miami, Florida ? She’s right , so much documentations using the computer . But high tech equipments to save patient’s life are always available . It’s hard when you’re just starting but Filipinos can easily adapt and the work ethics are top notch .
Exactly..
