これまでお客様バイクの組み立てが多かったBUILTシリーズですが、今回は一周が自ら乗るための1台を。
気になるバイクはとことん組み立てて乗ってしまう一周。今回も手持ちのパーツを上手く混ぜ込んで、素早く組み上げる姿がとても彼らしい。
Black Mountain Cyclesのフレームでは、Monster cross に続いてこれで2台目。

ケーブルをビニールテープで巻いてハンドルに固定する時に、取り外しやすいように最後にタブを作っていて、なるほどと思いました！
次回から真似しようと思います！

this bike is super expensive like 3-5 000 us dollars and mountain cycles is from USA
how easily he was able to put the bottom bracket by hand after he did the thread preparation

Love his brake setup and then removal from the bike to add fluid/bleed. I learned a new trick here.

one half of the video is dedicated to setting up the disc brakes!
It is a good video, as a long time mechanic though, I never seen a torque wrench. I also only install one headset cup at a time, and I don't put finish tape onto the bars. That being said, I am sure there are lots of things we all do differently. He has lots of skill, and there are lots of good ideas on this video. Well done! and a beautiful build.
Do you guys carry these Surly axles:
Surly Rear Thru-Axle - 12x142/148 mm, Chromoly, Black
He scratched a bit near the bottom bracket area.
It got skillfully painted back afterwards
Got to love those GRX crank, matching the handlebar's satin finish
What hex key set is the mechanic using?

Really don't understand why you need to re-face the bb shell and headtube on a brand new frame. Bike manufacturers have all the best tooling to ensure they are correct from the factory.
