Everyone has their own comfort zone when it comes to being sexy and even just what they find sexy and Hyunjin and Chan overlap a lot in this. They've even spoken about it in terms of music they like to listen to and produce since both Chan and Hyunjin do producing. Hyunjin recently said that Chan was his mentor on being sexy and I think Red Lights really was a chance for them both to just get to embrace their more mature sexy side that they can't really do with all the member since it's a very specific type of sexy that not all the member have or even want to have (The OT8 version of Red Lights is great but doesn't have the same tension imo). You talk about there being a tension and I think it very much comes from them allowing themselves and each other the freedom to be sexy, feel sexy and not shy away from it. You can see it when they're really vibing on stage together and let go of feeling self conscious, just the two of them feeling themselves. It feels like they give each other the space to feel sexy and don't feel awkward the way some of the other members might (which is perfectly valid). They create a tension being sexy and allowing the other to be sexy and don't feel the need to break the tension by teasing or cringing.
Also for felix in a fancall one time the fan asked "whats your ideal type?" And he said, "boy or girl?hahaha" and STAYS went crazy(including me😭)

When it comes to sexuality, they definitely don’t shy away from anything (cough Chan’s crush list (Cloud Strife and Kim possible for example) and Felix’s ideal types) but they also leave things to interpretation so that songs apply to everybody. Also they are all super close to each other, and that shows!! They cuddle, call each other baby, sleep in the same beds, etc etc and don’t worry about the kinda ‘no homo’ culture that America has for instance
the context they gave about Red Lights was about obsession with work. they both are workaholics and the "red light" is the red light of the recording studio

OMG, I nearly died because I couldn't breathe for listening to y'all!
The laugh is Han in every song even in Maniac and it fits him so well
despite the raciness in red lights, it has a deep meaning. "you know i can't leave you alone." their obsession with music and dance. no matter how hard it hurts or gets it's their obsession. and they're trying to fight that obsession. the chains are holding them down to stop them from getting to it. "i know you and me, there's no other way." they're referring to their obsession with work. "i'm going crazy now, out of control, i'm staying up all night again." they barely get any sleep, mostly chan. they break from the chains and etc. and at the end where hyunjin says "you know i can't leave you alone." while his hand was on chan's neck meaning he got to it. in korean the title of the song translates to obsession, "the moment when i close my eyes all i see is red lights..." red lights as in stop. "you know i can't leave you alone.." they know the obssesion is bad but they just can't leave it alone. so despite all of that, the song is good and meaningful.
Chan said once that he prefers shirts that aren’t tucked in also because they are re more breathable and his body runs at a high temperature while hyunjin runs cold so his outfit covers him more but is still revealing due to the song and it’s meaning
If you really wanna break each other, Chan's and Lee knows Drive should react to that 😂😂😂
About skz and lgbtq i gotta say they are one of the bands that actually acknowledged their gay fans and i heard from a korean fan that felix is so idolized by the lgbtq community in south korea. Skz generally trys not to lean into the toxic masculinity they push the male idols into but unfortunately there's a limit the companies allow. Hope it gets better one day.

This was so good, like, even though I have seen these videos a ton of times, I still felt like riding a emotional rollercoaster with you both. I absolutely love how you match each other energy (and thirstiness ngl 😂) and no to mention the amount of times I laughed my self out like when Kictor said "what in the Lan Wangji". I hope videos like this keep coming up and it would be fun if you added Red Light OT8 version to continue the chaos 🤭 anyway, thanks a lot and I hope you two stay safe and happy 🥰
the male culture in Korea is way different to the rest of the world. So you'll often see guys being very touchy and lovey dovey with their male friends and it's nothing weird, which quite honestly I love. You guys should watch more funny and behind the scenes SKZ videos and you'll see their relationships more and how cute it is. Quite honestly they tease each other alot but some members are more sus with each other 😂there's just this thing in kpop where you kinda go "they quite literally could be dating but you kinda just gotta say their 'friendship' is so adorable because it respects their boundaries until or if they decide to out themselves."
there was a lot a lot of funny moments that happened in the bts one of them when they were talking about the theme hyunjin said sex instead of sexy and chan freaked out 😂 he reallly shocked him there
the japanese MV's always show a lot of Dancing but some reason JYP does not sub them but with the Korean songs which are subbed you have to watch a dance practice or performance video but there always so good
