Hi Brett, yep usually pads if they are separate from the wheel brakes have allot of life left. Adjusting the emergency brake cable is all it needs. This one is in a unusual location compared to most vehicals being a ATV. If we lived like in Montana on acreage I would have one and also a snowcat like our friends who live in Calespell. They have snow some years for a few months and about the best way to get around especially if you live like they do up in the mountains
dont use a 12mm end wrench, there is no room. Use 12mm deep socket and have assortment of drive extensions depending on what side of axle your wrench is at. Also to turn bolt with "flat end" a 1/4" end wrench wont work , there is not enough room, use a 1/4 crow with ratchet wrench. This is my advice to save you 2 hours and 2 trips to the hardware store 10 miles away.

Sure works! Thanks
Sure works..thanks
thanks!
This is the biggest POS parking brake design I've seen. Mine gives zero room to turn the wrench as it keeps hitting the diff.
