    Living in NYC helps. I walk a lot, and sometimes carry heavy things. If I break into a sweat, I consider it good exercise.

    Thanks for these ideas! Great things to keep active instead of just watching TV. I think that I'll try that scissor plank one on a bosu ball... that way my core is super challenged but my faceplant fallout isn't so horrible. 🙂. Love your channel.

    Hey Dr A impeccable timing as usual👍
    Saw this and was playing this while I was doing my strength test today, so what did I do? I decided to do this for my and ab workout I managed to do 5 of 6( didn’t do hover slides)
    My vote as hardest was write your name👊🏻
