You guys are the BEST. Which subject would you be most excited to see in 2024?
I love your work. It would be great if you could do Zenobia, Queen of Palmyra
Roman and Byzantine Emporers and Empresses, please 🙏 !!!!
how about queen Esther from the bible?
Perhaps some personalities from the Bible - Old and New Testament.
Charlemagne, or Sissi.
I find the smiles truly emotional. I guess that's because traditional and official portraiture so rarely shows a smile or a warm expression. Seeing these people smile feels like a true gift. From the writing, research, editing, and recreations, you both do fabulous work.
Thank you :) I always find myself smiling back at them during the re-creation process. I love them too.
I can’t help but smile back. 😊
They are remarkable especially Louis 14 when he smiled he looked so happy
Same. George Washington's reveal has to be my favorite. That was the first one that I was TRULY emotional over. Even her modern interpretation of him.... SO GOOD.
I actually cried a little when I saw Joan of Arc smiling, it seems to me that she didn’t do that very often, her life was so hard.
As a person who lives in Egypt it’s fascinating to see how Hatshepsut looks like any ordinary Egyptian woman I would see at the mall today 😊 beautiful! 👍🏻☺️
There is a big difference genetically between ancient Egyptian royalty and modern Egyptians. They were blonde or reddish haired, with blue or green eyes.
@@gracetruthandlight Who is "they"?
@@azzteke did you read my comment? Ancient Egyptian royalty.
Well, I need to go shopping in Egypt because Hatshepsut is a hottie.
@@gracetruthandlightthey had brown skin for certain, and hair color is hard to know for certain but it likely wasn’t blonde nor reddish except for outliers
I can't help but smile right back. I feel a little more connection to the humanity of the individual when the art comes to life with a smile.
These are stunning. Harriet Tubman not only saved over 300 enslaved people in the Underground Railroad, she also helped free over 700 enslaved people during the combahee river raid. She was awesome.
Extraordinary woman !
lose the music - can't hear clearly - who can choose music for another?
My favorite thing about Richard III is they did the forensic reconstruction and didn't tell them who it was supposed to be.. when they were done it was obviously, unmistakably Richard III. which among other things tells you how accurate medieval portraits were.
Его гаплогруппа,оказалась,кавказской_G2а!
My favorite will always be Boudica. You've perfectly portrayed her image to reflect her indomitable strength of character.
Remember in Peabody and Sherman they had the wayback machine and would time travel to many famous periods in time and see all the historically famous figures? This channel is my wayback machine 😊
I loved the Wayback Machine!! And agree.
I'll go way back and try to get with Hatshepsut. Damn, she is fwine.
Thank you for all your incredible and breathtaking recreations! Joan of Arc is my favourite! :) Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!
Thank you :) She is one of my favorites too. Even though we don't have a true portrait of her, something about that one rings true to me and I'm proud of it. Hope have a great holiday season!
@@RoyaltyNowStudios I totally agree - I really think you captured her bravery and resolve! :)
The recreation of George Washingtom where he's sitting at the desk looks like Liam Neeson.
Justin Trudeau.
Bobby Flay
Though much maligned by the Romans and a truly courageous woman remember that about 80,000 romanized Britons as well as Roman civilians were killed by Boudica's forces. Her rebellion occurred in 61 AD, the Romans remained in Britain until 410 AD
That's awesome!!!
These people always seemed almost unreal, they lived so long ago. But seeing them breathed into life by this channel is so amazing and takes my breath away every time. Thank you both for your hard work this year, have a lovely holiday, and i cant wait to see what you have in store for is in the new year!
What an incredible channel. So nice to see QUALITY work being done. Your talent is ENDLESSLY FASCINATING!!!!
This is seriously my new favorite channel! Can't wait to see what you have in store for 2024!
I would love to see a video on Princess Cassandra of Troy (that's where my name came from)
These videos bring me so much joy. Thank you for your work and sharing it with all of us!
Thank you so much!
OMG I just love so much your voice@@RoyaltyNowStudios
@@istinbirajandira6999me too I love her voice
Boudica is the best from the best!! My inspiration! I love her!! She was a justice!!!!!!❤
She looks like she could burn down the Roman cities
Please do the story and recreation of Dido Belle, including a modern day version.
Absolutely amazing. Beautiful. !!!! Thank you.
I love the modern interpertations... especially George Washington!
Red-haired Macedonian Greek Queen of Egypt, Cleopatra so far has been my favorite. Absolutely stunning and makes it easy to understand how great and powerful men like Julius Caesar and Mark Anthony were under her spell. Great work all around. Cheers.
all look so great :)
These are so cool! Im obsessed! I so much love these historical figures- especially the English historical side, for me going into the Westminster Abby and seeing so many of them residing there was also as amazing as these vidoes are in making these people we only can read about- REAL. It truly reminds you that these arent just stories. Well done
I truly enjoy each and every episode. Thank you for making history even more exciting ❤
I’ve always thought Mary Queen of Scots was so beautiful. She had such an interesting and, at times, tragic life.
Ее,здесь_исказили!Нет,ни одного ее настоящего портрета!Видно,так ее"любят",что везде по-разному,изображают!🌹
Love your work. You make history really.
George Washington is my favorite. What a man.
Thank you for a beautiful capstone to the year's work. Finding a quality channel on YT is quite difficult, so I'm glad yours turned up. I was especially intrigued by the modern version of George Washington. I expect someone has mentioned it below, but he looked to me rather like actor Liam Neeson.
Well done.
nice, just nice especially Helen
It would be nice to see Alfred the Great and his family.
IMO, do the old picture first, then the new version after. Otherwise your channel is excellent! I'm a new subscriber and really enjoy your work.
Thanks so much ❤
Wow! I just discovered this channel. It is truly amazing!!! I love Becky's voice. Does anyone else agree that Jane Austin and Joan of Arc could have been sisters?
Washington is my favorite. Your work is excellent. Your voice adds so much to the video.
This is just a thought. Do you think the hidden portrait behind Queen Elizabeth the 1st could possibly be Queen Mary of Scotts?
Thank You ❤
George Washington is my favorite. Fascinating to see the modern likeness.
He is much better looking than the Gilbert portrait we grew up with in the classroom. He looks like he could be the spy master of a spy ring
I found the modern likeness of Washington surprisingly moving.
I did too.

Thank you for all your hard work bringing these fascinating and important figures to life! ❤
I love your videos. It's absolutely amazing how you bring historical persons to life. As a German it would be very interesting to me how King Friedrich II. from Prussia (1712-1786) would have looked like. Maybe you can bring him back to life, too.
This is lovely. I like to see historical figures “brought to life” like this. But Helen of Troy wasn’t a real person.
Absolutely stunning work! Thank you for sharing it with us. I really don't have a favourite, because they are all fantastic!
It'd be great, though, if you could show us how these people would look today, like you used to. With the massive improvement of your work over time, that'd be very fascinating, I'd say.
Your talent is amazing and your videos are absolutely intriguing. You’re a genius. I can’t understand why this channel doesn’t have millions of subscribers. Have a safe and happy New Year.
Incredible recap! Thank you for the beautiful work you share with this community. You put your heart and soul into each recreation. It's a joy to experience and learn from. Cheers to you in 2024 💛
My fave is Mary, Queen of Scots. She is an unsung and brave historical icon.
Но,ей не повезло с художниками!На всех портретах,она разная!И,здесь_ее исказили!От нее что_настоящего черепа не осталось?!Почему,все скрывают?!
Thank you for bringing these historic figures to life! I love your channel! Keep up the wonderful work!
I love Wsahington in that suit. The hair cut suits him too,
These are way cool. Blows everything else away.
Washington had smallpox which left his faced scarred. He also had severe dental issues, so the smile was unlikely. Just a point.
I loved Jane Austin's so much, and well as Queen Hatshepsut. They're all so good though.
Great work bringing them all to life.Have a Happy Christmas 🥰
Happy christmas :)
I could just spend hours watching these videos.
Please more 🙏
Me too, please more ❤ thank you so much. I love it ❤
This is pure modern art. It's beautiful
I love your channel! I would like to see more of the renaissance artists! Especially Raphael!
Thank you for this beautiful retrospective. I find every one of your recreations emotional - they introduce historical figures as real people. I’m looking forward to what 2024 brings!
All artists put initial in the portrait, I guess @RoyaltyNowStudios use the beautiful smile as the signature in their creation ❤️😍❤️🔥
Love the George Washington recreation.
Все люди красивые когда улыбаются
I'm so glad I found your channel! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! Can't wait to see what you create in 2024 ❤
Thank you. You are very talented
Thank you for your hard work in bringing these historical figures to life! Seeing them smile never fails to move me. Happy holidays!
Ty for all the wonderful work you both do to bring history to life! Wishing you blessed holidays and a happy 2024!
Thank you for sharing your talents. I only recently found your channel and have been watching several per day. You’ve renewed my love of history.
Excellent work, very nice presentation! Just a small correction about Helen of Troy, she appears not in the Odyssey, but in Iliad, the poem about the conquest of Troy. All the best
Helen of Troy story is in the Illiad not the Odyssey.
Helen of Troy appeared in the Iliad. The Odyssey is the story of Odysseus trying to get home to Greece after the Trojan War ended.
Your work is awesome!! Thanks so much to the two of you.
Wonderful
Such amazing and beautiful art! Thank you, for telling their stories and giving them a face. I appreciate your hard work, time and dedication.
Thank you so much, we appreciate you watching!
I love this. Thank you for everything you do.
I never saw Harriet Tubman and George Washington re-created. Very impressive and realistic.
8:40 wow.. from the death mask you can tell she was really beautiful
Love your work. You have a truly remarkable talent.
Keep doing what you do.
Love your work....it brings history to life in a powerful way!!!❤
It was remarkable to see a contemporary George Washington! You do an amazing job! I look forward to see who you bring to life in 2024.
Beautiful work 😊. I really enjoy these recreations
I hope you do Ramses II, William the Silent, Wu zeitan, and Humurabi next year
These renderings were unbelievable; they bring history to life. One quibble with the statements about Helen of Troy. The Iliad, not the Odyssey, was the retelling of the Trojan War brought about by Helen. Though Odyssey does refer to the Iliad, the story is about Odysseus and his 20 year journey to return home after becoming lost at sea.
Thanks!
Thank you ❤️ hope you’re having a wonderful NYE
Вы_все искажаете!У вас_все,на одно лицо!Ни одного настоящего портрета Марии Стюарт!А,что_по черепу ее нельзя,восстановить?!
I love to watch your videos and look forward to next year! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
The Smiling with perfect teeth! . Nah,I don't think so, tooth decay, crooked, and stinking mouths, would be more like the norm
Not always. Sometimes ancient mummies and skulls had great teeth.
Jeanne d'Arc & Helene de Troy. Magnifiques !
I love your work
Hariet's smile. Love her
I really enjoy this channel. The work and time you put into these facinating people of history is superb. The re creations of someone that you have only a basic description of is remarkable
Thank you and so looking forward to 2024 to see the new faces. Wishing you and yor family and team a Merry Christmas 🤶
From Texas 🇺🇸
Absolutely Outstanding Thank You all for such Greatness!!
I have really enjoyed seeing these works of art.. your amazing. You and you team please keep them going. Happy new year
One of the best parts of your videos, is how calming your voice is.
King Louie would literally be in a rock band today!
if Helen made thousands of ships go to war, then I'm just glad my fiancée wasn't born at the time. her smile would have single-handedly caused the collapse of the ancient civilization
Yeah they were a lot more fragile back in those days lol
Helen of Troy... while she is somewhat different from what Hollywood and such would regard as "most gorgeous" today it is easy to see how a people might utterly idealize the face that you created. Beauty may be subjective, but some beauty is timeless and cuts across cultural lines.
I do like the conception of George Washington in a contemporary setting.
I really enjoy these recreations.
Thank you SO much for all you do to bring such beautiful recreations and historical points of each person you present. Merry Christmas!
Just discovered your channel today! OMGosh I am a super fan.
My favorite has to be Jane Austen because that is how I would envision how Elizabeth Bennet would look like as well.
How about Emily Bronte, Ada Lovelace, Florence Nightingale, Laura Ingalls? LOVE you're work!!!
Your channel is great. I love your passion, which shows in your videos 👍. Merry x-mas and a happy and healthy new year 🎉.
"We BOTH?" There's only two of you? Wow, that's a lot of work coming out of only two. Well done, guys!
Your voice is soooo beautiful! 💙💛🩷🧡❤🌞☀️cheers from 🇨🇦
I want to see Millions of these videos watched instead of thousands. It will get there if enough people know about them :)
