My Mitchell's come from one of those left hand turns, before the pub on the left. My gtgt nan Mary Anne, daughter to Thomas Mitchell and Anne Hall. She was sent to Cromer in late 1840s to be a servant. Her brother was Thomas Mitchell, Master Mariner. She married James Sizeland at Cromer Church. My family are buried at St Nicholas. I am Mitchell, Hall, Tuck, Wilkinson.

Mary Anne Mitchell had a son called Richard Roberts Mitchell, her mum Anne looked after him when she moved to Cromer, we could not find him after in records. She went on to have several other children. One was my gt nan Emma Sizeland born 1. Garden Street Cromer, now the knickers shop 😊😊. Bit of humour, her daughter Louisa was my nanna, I wear her wedding ring and live now in Cromer x.
