It also says in the Bible that the dragon, serpent and Satan are one and the same.
Revelation 20:2
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
Theory - The serpent was the symbol of Jesus from the beginning, Satan is just a copycat.
The beast will be a form of A.I.

When Satan "only doing that which has been done in other worlds" was in the garden he took the role of God. And did so without the authority to do so. He wanted that role so bad and tried to take it from God. That taught man the nature and character of Satan from the beginning which was necessary for God to set the record straight for man to understand who Satan is
I think too much is read into some of the words in the temple that are not scriptural. The phrasing could change in time, and to build a theory off this phrase isn’t overly useful. Interesting, but not useful.

I think it's interesting that Satan is represented as a serpent as well as Jesus. Satan cannot create, so he takes the raw material of a snake, which maybe represented wisdom and other qualities of Jesus, and he uses a corrupt form of those qualities to be the God of this world
I think of the unicorn as the beast because it is the symbol of all things rainbow. And it has encouraged the abomination of desolation (attempts to depopulate Utah, the New Jerusalem)

I’ve had a question about how our genes are connected to our spirit bodies, that perhaps may be connected to the chimera topic.
How do our spirits look? Did our spirits look like our physical bodies? I ask because our physical bodies are determined by our genes. And we get our genes from our parents. I look like my dad’s family. Did my dad’s family (and myself) all look alike when we were spirits? Is that why we were chosen to be family here on earth? Was I meant to be born from my dad and mom in order to look like I currently do?
OR
Are our physical bodies more like vessels, and our spirits just mold into whatever it our physical body looks like?
Or in other words, if you mix one breed of dog with another, you get a new kind of dog. Did that dog look like that in the preexistence? Or was it more like a generic looking dog, and it molded into whatever physical body it received?
I ask all of this because I feel it relates to the chimera topic. I too, like Kwaku believe they’re doing more than what they’re telling us. And they’re combining humans with animals. So what kind of spirits are these new creatures receiving? Is it possible that one of things that angers God is that He is having to put human spirits into these human-animal chimeric bodies? Is it possible this is one of the abominations the scriptures talk about?
I don’t know you from Adam but we all chose who our parents were going to be in the pre-earth existence. As far as Abominationz I think any act that we take that we pretend like we’re God is an abomination. Including any of this stuff related to them creating hybrids of animals and people. I think that is grossly overstepping our boundaries as Gods children.

Is that why we chose them? Because on earth we know we look like them because of our genes. But that’s a physical thing, not a spiritual thing. Do you get what I’m asking?
@@brothercheerioI’ve often wondered this same thing. I’m of the opinion that our spirit bodies will resemble our resurrected bodies and we will be the epitome of masculinity or femininity. After Christ was resurrected, he walked along the road to Damascus with 2 of his disciples and they didn’t even recognize him until he left them and they realized from the Holy Ghost confirming to them that they had been walking with the Lord. So either he / we can change our physical forms at will in the resurrection, or we appear more like sons and daughters of Godly parents than sons and daughters of our earthly, mortal parents.
@@mycatwould those are some good points. That’s something similar to what my wife said when I shared these questions with her. There definitely has to be something in these questions because I haven’t been able to forget about this since I asked these questions. Do you think we still keep some of our earthly appearance?

What does this title mean
The beast title is interchangeable with the dragon and the serpent.
With all the recent crap that’s been going on for the last 3 to 6 years; I have often wondered if all of these things that we’ve heard about in the past like mythology, werewolves and vampires things of that nature; don’t maybe have some form of truth to them. And on top of that we know that the angels that came down and procreated with humans brought quite a lot of technology to civilization and were doing all sorts of things they should not of been doing I playing God.
I’d like to hear what 1000 year guy talk just a bit.

Would it not be possible if demons can possess people that they also would be able to possess these high bread or science creatures that are being created. I also think it’s probably possible that it could happen with androids as well. I mean if demons can attach themselves to in adamant objects like dolls for example would it not be possible.
Here is a thought, the serpent represents escape.
For correction, in the book of Moses says that Satan put the evil intentions into the heart of the serpent, telling, me at least, that the serpent was acting on the devils command

Also, the tribe of Dan is also represented as a serpent in the last days which used as a symbol for judgment (Dan's tribe is about judgment). This is fascinating because many European countries are named after Dan. The Danube River and Denmark (Danmark), and the Danes, are great examples. In fact my own Irish family coat of arms there features a prominent serpent which means I have Dan in my genealogy.
There is a legend that when St Patrick came to Ireland, he drove out the serpents. But there are no snakes in Ireland. So...does this mean he drove out the Tuatha De Danaan (another mythical irish people with Dan in their name)?
Vikings used serpents all over their art, but snakes are rare there. The serpent, I believe, was meant to represent their lineage to Dan in ScanDANavia.
Dan's tribe were known as great ship builders and travellers, and their tribal land was next to the Sea in ancient Israel.
Nephi talks a lot about the tribes of Israel "upon the isles of the sea". It seems that Nephi may have already know that the tribes were sailing all over prior to his leaving Jerusalem. I would be surprised if he had heard tales of Israelite colonies all over the Mediterranean and even western Europe.

Also William Clayton wrote of it in his diaries, which the church has in it's private archive, but I don't think wants to release for some reason..

Fallen angels did not have sex with humans and animals. Even JS who believes in the corporeality of angels rejected the idea as not consistent to our doctrine
Look at all pop culture. You will see the snake eating it’s own tail over and over and over again. It’s sun worship and depicting the eclipsing sun. The figure 8 will often be the same entwining snake eating itself. Which also matches the solar Analemma.
There’s honestly many more layers to go into with a good chunk of the symbolism you discuss.

It's not a "mistranslation" SMH. Why do you guys always LIE about the Bible? The Greek word used in Revelation for "dragon" was δράκων (drakōn) and according to Revelation 20:2 this "dragon" was the devil aka Satan. You do know the book of Revelation is HIGHLY symbolic, right? So of course the author would use imagery (such as a dragon) to describe Satan. It wasn't a "mistranslation".

We know that Jesus said that a false prophet would come and try to change the Gospel. If Christians look at Joseph's polygamy and BOA translation lies as evidence that he is a false prophet, can you really blame them?
