This is year 2022 with a lot of optimized OS, Hardware, Software & since the inception of crypto, Blockchain & NFTs, Systems are leaning towards high resolution images, 3d Models & videos. You need a laptop satisfying all these features.
If you are into the Apple ecosystem and think that you should go with MacBook then I am really sorry read something else. I am not someone who will suggest you that because I know many people even today can not buy macs as it is more than their father's monthly salary.
The Five Must Features are:
CPU- Central Processing Unit.
If the price does not bother you take MacBook pro with M1 chipset price 1 lakh +. If the price matters take Intel core i7 or even i5 will be more than sufficient (price 40 K+). Keep in mind that for graphical use, GPU and Ram not much of CPU. Having said so still you will surely use it for other purpose like 3d designing, Video editing etc. then in that case take intel core i7. Also take into consideration the clock speed.
Summary- intel i5 or i7 quadcore with Minimum 1ghz clock speed
2. GPU- Graphic Processing Unit.
A GPU (graphics processing unit) can be integrated into the processor or a separate unit. For all but the most basic graphic design, a dedicated GPU is a good idea.
Adobe suite uses- Both CPU and GPU in equal amount.(Take quadcore latest gen i5 or i7 with NVidia G series graphic card.
Figma(UXUI design tool)- Uses mainly GPU
Sketch(UXUI design tool)- Uses mainly CPU
Summary- Keeping all of the above points in mind for the UXUI designing just take a laptop with dedicated Graphics card that is it and it would solve your 3d model or even video editing learning stuffs.
3. Storage- One word SSD. Solid state disk are more efficient, has more speed and no rotating part thus making no noise.
Less power consuming, quicker and more safe than regular HDD.
Summary- For UXUI designing, Illustrations, Photoshop & animations do 250GB of SSD which comes around 3000rs. If you take 500gb it will give you that extra space.
4. Size & Resolution-
More inches are always better if you know what I mean. *for designers. Because they can play with overall structure and elements without being afraid of scrolling or zooming.
Summing Up- 15 inches is good but 16 to 17 will be highly appreciated.
Another thing to keep in mind is the resolution of your laptop screen. I recommend a laptop with at least a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution for UX and UI design work.
However, go for a 1440p or 4K screen if you have the budget
5. Color accuracy- Color gamut represents the range of color visible to the eye in any screen. Even if you buy top 4k screen with superpower graphics card if you have lower percentage of the color gamut standards, your screen will not be able to produce that much color.
The common color gamut range of laptops used is NTSC and it is represented by a percentage; the higher the percentage, the bigger the color range that can be displayed.
Summing up- Take laptop with accuracy of 70-90% of NTSC.

@@Auinfogenius bro the thing is you won't find a laptop with all the mentioned above specifications in 50k-60k price range.
Either the screen will be 45% NTSC with 4 gb graphic card or they will have 100% srgb with integrated Intel xe graphics card. So you have to compromise on 1-2 things while buying in this price range.
I bought an HP pavilion Gaming ryzen 5 5600H, 8gb ram with 512 SSD and 4 gb graphic card. Total cost- Rs 56,000 but it's screen color gamut is 45% NTSC.
You can buy Asus vivobook k15 OLED which has 100% dci P3 color gamut but it has integrated Intel xe graphics.
