- In this video I show WHAT IT'S LIKE PICKING UP A BRAND NEW 2024 CORVETTE C8 STINGRAY Z-51 RAPID BLUE CONVERTIBLE. I took my sons future father-in-law to Nashua NH to pick up his Corvette at Macmulkin Chevrolet Nashua NH. The car is a Brand New 2024 Corvette C8 Stingray Z-51 Convertible in Rapid Blue with Carbon Spoke Wheels. The dealer itself is very cool so many new vetts in one place if you are ever in Nashua NH go and check the place out. I know this wasn't motorcycle content but its to cool not to share. I got mine last December. I’m still smiling and have put over 9000 miles on it. The best road trip car I’ve ever had.

@@MotorcyclingwithCarl Thanks for your reply. The dealer has been really good with me communicating about my car. I have had it on order since Nov. 10, 2021. Chip shortages, COVID and a EF3 Tornado that blew down some key infrastructure at the factory all slowed down my Vette delivery. So next week will be exciting.
I would say that’s a long wait you had. It will all be worth it that first cruise with the sun shining and the top down. That color sounds awesome I am a big fan of the reds. Enjoy

Mine is a 2021 C8 and I felt exact same as you described.
It hasn't changed. I still feel same every time I walk into my garage

This dealer looks like the place to get a Vette. Another in Atlantic City is also a big one. Regular Chevrolet dealers do nothing on dealer discounts and have zero inventory.
He lives in jersey so he will be getting it serviced at the Atlantic City one I believe. Thanks for watching twice.

As fate goes ..I ordered a 2LT in rapid blue from them. And it came in yesterday 😀😀😀😀😀. The retirement years HAVE to be more fun
I tried to buy one from a local dealership. Wanted to test drive it first. Attempted twice, second time I left to never return. I guess Chevy doesn't like selling cars in my area.

Tell Chris to absolutely do the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School in Parhump, NV! More fun than grownups should be allowed. Top drawer experience. They treat you like a VIP! Great food breakfast and dinner both days. Spouse can join for meals and sit in any classroom instruction they wish at no cost. Spouse can also take a hot lap with an instructor if they wish. I HIGHLY recommend!

Enjoy. I have pretty much the same color just the nacelles is black. I enjoy driving it everytime I drive it. That rapid blue color is co cool in person. No camera capture the actual color. I got mine last December and have nearly 5k miles. Everytime I keep getting high fives from all sort of people.

@@MotorcyclingwithCarl as many as I can, already got a long mod list. I went 1LT accelerate yellow. If the c8 is a “LUV” for me after a year, upgrading to the z06. I got a hellcat Challenger also, so 2 superchargered cars would be awesome!
