Hi John, some good stuff there. I worked at Astor Records when that B. J. Thomas album was released. Astor Records took over distribution of the Scepter label from Festival Records in about 1973.
oh nice. Astor also held the Australian distribution rights to a number of American labels. I seem to have a lot of Ohio Express 45's (Buddha Records) on Astor. 😄
@BeatUpRecordsCDs omg backlog.... better late than never..... I'm same tho, have a huge stack to get thru myself. I can spend daze listening and cataloguing with a wine or 4....🤪
@@JasonJames72 I’ve listened to all of it already except for the record I mentioned. Finding time to make a video is hard though. So I’ve just grouped all these CDs and DVDs by Letter instead of shuffling them around and separating them into genres. Let’s see how it goes. Letters A,N and S have some good stuff. 😊
