Thanks for the video! I had absolutely not clue how to use it before so I stayed away from it, this helps a lot :)
A few weeks ago I saw a study on the effect of too much coffee on hair loss.
Didn't see you mention it in any videos yet and I think it could help a lot of people slow down their hair loss.
I massively reduced the amount of coffee (2 litres a day -> less then 0.5 litres) and already notice a bit of regrowth after just about 2 weeks.
It's a very easy thing to do and according to the study it's very effective.
They made 4 groups:
1A has strong hair loss and stops drinking coffee
1B has strong hair loss and keeps drinking coffee
2A has a few early signs of hair loss and stops drinking coffee
2B has a few early signs of hair loss and keeps drinking coffee
In group 1A 108 of 119 had regrowth,
in group 1B 69 of 129 kept losing more hair and for 59 nothing changed,
in group 2A 16 of 17 completely stopped having any signs of hairloss,
and in group 2B 14 of 16 had their signs of hairloss turn into actual hairloss and for the other 2 nothing changed.
It's not a huge amounts of people participating in this study, a pretty good hint of too much coffee possibly speeding up hair loss.

After trying a lot of your tips like washing hair less frequently, only blow drying on lowest heat, etc. and none of them stopping my hair loss (made my hair defenetly look healthier tho, so thx for that) I kinda lost hope until I saw this study and it would be great if more people with a similar situation could regain their hope.

You know the 1 problem I have with my hair and idk if it just isn't long enough but I'm getting fed up now is that I am unable too tie it up. I've been growing my hair out for a few years but I usually mess it up and cut it all off but now I'm a year and 5 months in from when I last cut it, it falls just below my shoulders but whenever I try a ponytail strands keep falling out. I'm never cutting my hair short again tho.

I have short hair and I have naturally greasy hair. I’ve started to stop washing my hair everyday (with shampoo) but I have noticed that my skin has gotten worse. Just hoping someone could provide a few tips.
1) is it ok to wash my hair daily with water? Even if it is cold to warm temp.
2) is it bad if for example I shampoo, the dry shampoo, then shampoo etc?
3) I live in the uk so does anyone know some good dry shampoos to get? Ones that are healthy and won’t cause damage?

Daily wash is okay. Not using shampoo at all is also okay. It might take a few weeks for your hair to look good after not using shampoo though thats what my friend that doesn't use shampoo said. Going over again with more shampoo should also be okay, i do that sometimes
