So many emotions Alex, I somewhat know how it feels, I can’t think of moving out of my space ever but I know that day will come and watching the end it kind of made me think, you have worked really hard on each aspect, the space did not just have furniture or props but each and every aspect of the studio had its own personality which belonged & belongs to you. Going to miss this space but I remember talking to you about this when we met, I am so happy for you. It’s not an end to something extraordinary, it’s a beginning to something bigger! The science is absolutely the best part of cooking. There are three CZcams cooks I love that do this. You, Weisman, and Regusea. I've learned so much through the years through you guys. You three and Babish make up the four horsemen of the Cookpocalypse.
I remember seeing you enter this studio for the first time. So many series, videos, emotions and growth led to this point. Is sad to let go of the places that make us happy, but is awesome to remember the good memories. Good luck to this new chapter, I’m excited to see it ❤

Wow, this made me think back! I think one of my favorite things of the early days was all the builds. Just seeing that inner child of yours saying, I can just make the thing, I can make many things in one, and everything just kind of blew my mind. And really, the combination of cooking experimentation and build experimentation, nothing like it! Insanely excited to see where you go from here!

You really helped me during lockdown when I had to teach guys who see the world differently to cook via zoom and teams . Using your book as part of my arsnal and all those wonderful little snippets of information to make it seem more professional and interesting to the parents who lingered in the backgrounds of all the different kitchens. The first time i came in contact with your channel was with the crossaint series and i loved it.
I rewatch it from while to while it helped me when i had a lag of motivation in my career as a young chef.
I loved the messi but still cozy vibe of le studio and hope the new studio will create his own personal vibe.

When one door closes another door opens. Advice I should take myself since I moved from my home if 30 years and put ‘stuff’ in storage (Two units). It had been there several years, unvisited until I became ill and realized I needed to clean up all these odds and ends left here and there. My brother visited in an attempt to consolidate it and then clear it out, but was unable to make much of a dent. So good to see you letting go of stuff. Now that I’m more mobile it’s a mission that I will undertake over the next several months. Thanks for the inspiration. Cheers, and good luck on your new journey.

I never thought I could cook but your videos taught me to be more creative and adventurous and now I have a few foods that I love making and I love eating. You helped me getting from cooking just enough to not die of hunger lol to someone that enjoys cooking and enjoy the things I do.
