Way overpriced for a 3/2 in Ocala. No first-time buyer should buy a home that is 400k.
New construction is wood homes that should never be built in Florida because of our weather. Only purchase block homes, no matter how pretty it is. Is this a block home? You should make an effort to mention this for each property.
