With so many shows in Vegas on any given night, let alone the weekend, I didn’t know she was performing. Would’ve loved to see her. Been trying for years, & missed out on her residency from way back. There were 3 other shows I was interested in on Saturday, & I went to Miranda Lambert’s final show. But wow, oh wow. Charo is a G.O.A.T.! 👏🏼🙌🎸🎶🔊🫶❤️

She was really huge in the 70s and did a lot of comic relief. She had a heavy Hispanic accent and was actually married to Xavier Cugat. He was famous in his own right. My favorite Charo was when she was on the Carol Burnett show and Carol impersonated her. It was absolutely hilarious with her boobs flopping all over the place, that’s Carol’s fake ones and not Charles real ones. Charles is now 73 and I don’t know what she’s doing, she’s played the circuits and she played Vegas for a long time.
