    There are mesh grid under the tips to protect the earbuds from the wax getting inside it unfortunately my right earbud mesh grid was lost while cleaning it from wax so do sell another mesh grid?

      @@BrandsWalk did you face an issue where when earbuds are in case they still doesn't disconnect and can play songs also while in case!
      Some also reported that it keeps on irritating while connecting every time.

      @@kunalsharma2098 I haven't dealt with that issue before with the earbuds. I suggest resetting the device in your bluetooth settings and pair again with the Sennheiser Smart Control app. If the problem persists, your unit might be defective. In that case, it's best to contact the store / Sennheiser directly if you purchased it from them.

      @@BrandsWalk the thing is that, many people are reporting this issue so that's why it sounds concerning, a device of this price shouldn't be like this.
