The Clinic Skip only has one major negative effect I've found, in that you will miss Eileen completely. If you want to do it and keep Eileen around, you may want to try meeting her first.

PlagueOfGripes I met Eileen in the sewers before I did the skip, but still she has disappeared. Her quest line is just ridiculously buggy.
i can agree to that. i traveled to oedon grave and i heard her scream and an npc killed her before i even saw them.
can confirm. I skipped on 3 of my characters and eileen totally disappeared from my game, but doing it vanilla allowed her to stay in existence.
For early burial blade:
Defeat father g and blood starved beast, go into the first chalice and unlock the second chalice by defeating the second boss.
Then use this chalice nzzn259g and uncanny burial blade is in a chest in the first bonus room

They are depth 5 chalices with changed entry requirements.
There is stuff you can trivialize the game with like high quality gems, but the weapon isn't that strong.
I really like the bb from a game play view, but it is on the weaker side of weapons.

I don’t know if you’ve found it since this video, but there’s a snatcher right outside of the chapel. Take the entrance you’re facing when you warp and turn right. Run past the church doctor and there’s a snatcher in the corner. Far easier and faster to get to than the one in the workshop

The quest lines of Bloodborne are as complicated as differential equations.
Blade of Mercy made the start to a breeze and it evolve murder, then farm the shortcut "werewolfs". And it looks badass.

I almost beat Logarius on my first play through but I didn't have great timing and I didn't have much health so I died once i got him to about 28% health

For those watching in 2020 there's a new way to get that Forbidden Woods/Cainhurst Skip. At the very beginning of the game you'll want to let that very first werewolf hit you into the gate leading there and then you'll wanna mash R1 L1 until you clip through it. Then you can just open the gate for easy access to it later and go about your merry way.
This was really interesting and I don't even own the game haha.

i dont know if its mentioned, but if you dont want to kill alfred u can actually just wait till you went through cainhurst castle, **spoiler** when uve killed marty logarius and made it to the queen behind his throne, just watch to the right, there will be an unopened summon to cainhurst castle, just give that to alfred in a dialogue and he will be such a happy motherfucker that he will lend you his wheel :D

+NaZZy72 I evade them pretty easily (always evade sideways vs them, or forward if you can hit them doing so), just don't be close to them, the damage they deal to you it's based on how close they shoot you, that's important I think... The problem it's when there are 2-3 snipers together and they shoot at diferent times, that's the only issue I had so far with them.
David Martinez Ik how to dodge them. They are really easy, just annoying: Shooting you in the back while you kill other enemies, destroying your combos.

The reiterpallasch is actually a reference to something of the same name in a different game.
In the game Armored Core: For answer, there is a LYNX by the name of Wynne d. fanchon, ranked #3 in Collared and is Interior Union's primary LYNX.
She pilots a NEXT by the name of Reiterpallasch.
Lots of little references to other games miyazaki worked on are spattered throughout the souls games.

Instead of dying to the moon presence, you can just use a bold hunter's mark to teleport out of it. Its useful for if you want to have a high level character to take to the DLC.
I'm 7 years late, but you could also quickly open the settings menu and return to the title screen to leave the fight. It puts you outside of the fog wall

Jake Fox Bloodborne doesn't force you into ng+ if you find the umbilical cords. Going on the main path through the game you can deduce that SOMETHING will happen if you find and use 3 umbilical cords (note found in lecture hall 2nd floor, the fact that the wet nurse drops one and it is a THIRD of an umbilical cord). I mention this as I figured you would say something liek that would be impossible to deduce without looknig it up, therefore making my above statement a moot one. Also, Dark souls 2 is the only game in the souls series that doesn't force you into ng+ and the scenario Gehrman is in makes it so obvious that he's the final boss. Basically, an inadvertant reward for exploration is that you can get gehrmen's stuff without gonig into ng+ :P

Oh i had that same problem its an easy fix!
If you create your own dungeon using the items you already have you will be able to use the glyph above on any tombstone you want and the best part is you dont need any of the items required to make the chalice

There's a faster way to find a snatcher to get dragged hypogeon gaol. If you go out of the front door of the cathedral ward, then make a right toward the stairs and then make an immediate right before the stairs, there will be a snatcher right there.

There's a Snatcher who spawns inside the Cathedral Ward, he's tucked away in a corner right outside of Oedon Chapel.

I am loving my rifle spear play through. The charged R2 is killing in one hit. It reminds me more of Dark Souls play through. It is more strategy styled when to attack and stay out of reach waiting for a safe long run and stab. The reach is amazing and upgraded with gems... it wont fit everyone's style but definitely worth a shot.
That glitch jump is the hardest boss in this game. You're a shit for making me want to try it.,,, over and over.

To anyone who wants to actually get Burial Blade early, you can get the uncanny version (Which is the best for this weapon, since it has a triangular gem slot instead of a waning) in lower ailing loran root chalice, layer 1. Glyph: 5h7iavrs. No offerings, so you can farm/loot all the materials you need in loran chalices, except for what you need for the first loran dungeon. For the first dungeon you pretty much just need to kill Amygdala, pick up 4 coldblood flowerbuds on your way there (Nightmare Frontier), and also go to lower pthumeru layer one optional pre lamp area and farm sackmen (snappers) for ritual blood (4). Word of warning for anyone who wants to do this: There is a certain... loran darkbeast waiting for you in lower loran. Prepare for camera fuckfest.

@@Phyrrax No problem dude, it's great if you wanna do a skill/arcane run with an amazing weapon right off the bat. You can have a +10 burial blade using the hacked glyph dungeons. Be warned though, the bosses are still a bonefest since you're a really low level going through at this point in the game. But if you grit your teeth and fight til the end, you can leave the hacked glyphs at like level 70 or high with a +10 weapon.

I killed Eileen in the 1v1 dual in Grand Cathedral, fair and square, using my poison knives lol.

This is patched but if the starting werewolf grabs you by the gate, you may be able to get past the gate and open it
Yep I use the werewolf glitch all the time
its beyond hard though, ive attempted it over and over almost 30-40 times and never got it once

Tbh it may just be me but the positioning on the original glitch was way harder for me.
@@sometffurry There's an easier version where you take the werewolf to Iofska's door instead. Much more reliable.

Maaan, I saw this for the Blades of Mercy and totally messed up the fall. I tried shooting and cocktailing her, but ended up falling in with her. One of the rats joined in and I was immediately engaged in one of the most furious fight-or-die duels I've come across in this game yet, all in a tiny freaking sewer channel with a damned rat trying to peck at me. All I can say is I'm damned lucky I was full up on blood vials, 'cause I had to recharge bullets at least four or five times trying like crazy to parry her. God, I love this game and I'm only three bosses in.

Lol in late to the party I know but the easiest snatcher to find is right outside of the cathedral ward lamp, I believe it the one straight ahead, whichever one doesn't have the invisible beast, once you exit you turn right and keep going till u hit the wall one will jump out and at that early in the game will prolly one shot you taking you to the gaol

A snatcher spawns near Eileen's Cathedral Ward location, it's way easier to get to him than the one at the bottom of the tower

VaatiVidya I doubt it. In my most recent playthrough, I never let my character get above 10 Insight. He still spawned.
aresdotexe Further support, I too encountered him keeping my insight sub 10. For people curious as to the exact location, If you take the exit through the main front doors to where Eileen is the second time you encounter her and where the plank shield is, he is right around the cathedral where the crows were before.

Does anyone else find chalice dungeons really boring? I'm 3 playthroughs in with 3 separate characters and i always skip them because they're really just tedious.
I think there really made for coop, trying playing with some friends. I do disagree though I quite like the chalice dungeons and I don't find them boring as they aren't repetitive.
FireClaw00 They're pretty much the very definition of repetitive. They're just slightly different arrangements of the same few rooms and enemies. Even the 4 different types of dungeon are just the same thing with different lighting.
Diego Brando That's how I originally felt about them but fighting the different bosses is worth it. Seeing new areas and enemies is pretty exciting. Don't get me wrong they're not as fun as the main game but I've grown to appreciate what they offer.
Diego Brando I just find it boring having to go through them all with every character to get the root chalices, those are the ones that are fun. The standard versions get repetitive fast.

Damn. I wish there was a storage that could be shared across saves. The plan was/is to make characters that use particular weapons, but it seems more work will go into that than I thought.

From what I understand the weapons in Bloodborne are sort of similar to the weapon classes in Monster Hunter, but as single weapons rather than classes.
Is it just me or does Paarl make the camera feel weird? It feels like the FoV is slightly higher for that fight.
aresdotexe Yeah, I also saw that happen during the Amygdala and Moon Presence Boss Fights, and in one elevator in Mensis Nightmare.
It's the buggy camera, that.can't keep up when you are near fast-moving objects.
caturiges joga No, different from that. It's not like it's laggy, it's like that specific fight has a higher FoV. I don't get the same feeling anywhere else in the game.
aresdotexe I was talking about that. It's like if the camera was "stuck" in the boss, and you get the impression that your character is smaller, with the camera very far from you, right? I saw that happen when you are in some elevators, and in those particular boss fights, because they are fast and very large.
caturiges joga Again, not what I was talking about. The camera gets stuck on some bosses (you mentioned Amygdala [btw, I hate how people pronounce it], but what you're talking about also happens with the Cleric Beast) and you can sort of out run the camera. The FoV doesn't feel like it's changing there, you're just further from the camera. It feels to me like the actual FoV is a wider angle in the Paarl fight. Like the game normally has a 70-degree FoV but Paarl makes the game have an 80-degree FoV.

I'm on NG+ now and still havent seen half of the weapons/locations you showed on the video. I love this game.
There's a far easier way to get to the prison by way of snatcher that doesn't involve jumping down the pit. One spawns right next to the Cathedral Ward lamp. If you go straight out (as if you're going to fight Amelia) and hug the right wall, there's one in the corner with all of the crows.

PanicGiraffe beat cleric and Gascoigne and use the 2 madmans in the sewers and you get a grand total of 10 insight :p

So Eileen. I messed up when I attacked her so now she's agroed to me however I think I know how to kill her and this is a guide to how to do it. First slowly walk to just when she gets into lock on distance and throw two Molotovs as quick as possible. Next run back to the rafters and let her fall. Then drop to the sides around the channel and kill the rats. Next wait for the perfect angle and throw one Molotov, Eileen is now on very low health. Do Not Attack Her. Throw one more Molotov and she should go down.
Items Needed:
4 Molotovs (Take Extra)
