Phil looks like he's drumming to save the human race
He’s back to save the universe
That’s because he is!!!!
@@JamesKovacic best comment
this really is hilarious
Within the first 15 seconds of the song I scrolled down to see if anybody mentioned Phil, saw this, said "totally dude", then I got to the second half of the song... wow... I consider the human race saved.
1:56 Phil is suffering, I wouldn't say he is having fun haha
Phil Selway is always on time, and never loses his sticks. One of the greatest!
so underrated
Steady, Phil, almost there there.
For some reason I feel like Phil makes this same face while he's plowing
patrick crawford 😂
Patrick Remi hahahaha I’m sorry
Patrick Remi Thank you.
😂😂😂😂
03:31 when Thom screamed his lungs out. Fantastic performance.
1:37 Ed contributing his amazing guitar work
why you gotta do Ed like that
@@violethill4454 yeah there’s always one. People who put Ed down don’t truly get Radiohead
GAWD yes this is incredible. Phil is drumming like his arms are about to fall off.
Radiohead a rare breed of band that refuses to sell out, keeps it low key, respects their audience, produces quality material every album, worldwide acclaim, and has influenced most of the 90's direction with Indie pop.
Say what you like, you may hate them, love them, or just don't care..but they are always respected.
It's not pop.
@AnthonyTorres32892 lol they are definetly shifting into indie/alt pop
They started as derivative, grew into something else
that drum fill at 3:02 defines the perfection of this band.
hnnnnnnnnnng
Kristofer Petersen It's pretty basic if you ask me.
Koubiak it is, but the release is just wonderful
Koubiak sometimes thats all you need
+Koubiak it is pretty basic yeah, but the time and place is perfect.. same goes for a lot of other Radiohead stuff.. as a guitarist I find it easy to transcribe most of their songs (easy compared to most jazzrock tunes I like to transcribe) but I find it immensly difficult to make music out of it the way they do.. it's not just technique, it's much, much more.. and in that perspective the drum fill is genius.
Got, Yorke is just a little knit ball of musical energy. You can see it in the bob of his head, the way his shoulders are cranked up, in his frenetic voice. There's so many reasons I love this band.
2:13 Thom's voice bursts into the cosmos "someones HAAAND"
Beautiful
He really got it!!
3:31 is why this is my favourite live track
gostybever that scream is amazing
same here. Thom screaming like that is so exhilarating for some reason lol
Asombroso ..me encanta
@@iain2080 is there a way to put This screaming on the studio audio version?
3:30 MAH GOSH
3:31 Fucking Amazing
Oh my god Thom's scream literally sent a shockwave throughout my body...
All hail Radiohead.
All these years and this song is still a great way to check my pulse.
this song is so heavy i love it. kicks my ass every time.
this is so fcking incredible and underrated too
Damn, Phil's just poundin' the hell out of those drums. The best band putting out music today!
it's amazing how easy they make it look for this song to sound so awesome when it's really pretty difficult on all their individual parts to play
i mean they made it, if anyone can play it right its them
this version is still super badass
Love Thom's scream. He should do it more :) Great performance.
radiohead are without question the best band for the last two decades. In Rainbows is the best album created since the turn of the century and so was Ok Computer back in 1997
I love how Thom Yorke moves his head in time to the music!
Phil either looks like he's exhausted or really loving it... champion
Great version! Going to see RH in Tokyo in October, can't wait, love 'em!!
did you go see them? how did you live it?
that opening riff is legendary
What I love about this song is that it's so fucking raw... so primal. It's what rock is supposed to be about - pure expression.
Undeniable brilliance that is Radiohead.
Anyone else notice the anime girl on Jonny's guitar? lol
JONNY IS A WEEB :OOOOOO
@@t-boney312 Attack 1 sticker.
Attack number 1 baby!!!!
he looks like a weeb to be fair
We noticed it in 1995 dude 😂
This will remain a favorite of all time!
This song is amazing.
That's all I need to say.
Also, the riff is fuckin' amazing. I love it.
I love how every Bodysnatchers vid has a different scream by Thom
Years ago, when first I heard this, I didn't recognize how krauty it was.
dashiellv Krautrock?
Yes. A beat like Motorik.
Could you please recommend me the best Krautrock bands? I have no idea what to look for. All I know about from that time are Kraftwerk, but I guess they're not really part of that genre, or?
Kveldsmat tecnically yes, it's also Krautrock.
Maybe Can, Neu! Are good options, I Like Amon Dull II (2)
Just so you know this comment singlehandedly got me started on a certain cross street of music I'm still on today, thank you.
It's good to see Ed not stuck behind a sampling desk! Great song. One of the few songs on the In Rainbows that you could describe as rock (not that the others are bad, just different). I love that creepy bug-eyed thin Thom does around 1:45. By now it's his freakin' trademark
he’s a bodysnatcher
what a fantastic song, probs radiohead's best ever!!!
this is genuinely the funniest thing i've ever seen just because phil looks fucking hilarious
insanely good.... one of their best songs, this whole album is just a masterpiece
Eleven years later and I still get chills at the yell.
starting from 3:05, you can see thom get like, twice as intense about playing this song. they all get so into, it's really great to see that.
Pure talent. One of the greatest bands of all time.
2:27 perfection
Matt B it's so relaxing 😄
I really love the ups and downs of this song, really made my day the first time i listened to it... athe coolest thing is to see them playing, recording and feeling every note they're playing... love to see how good musitians enjoy playing their music.
the sound on this guitar is just incredible!
makes me so happy
Perfect song to be on the road and ride the bike trough the desert.
sooooo amazing
Since grade nine, of all bands, I hold Radiohead dearest. It has struck me for the first time of the past eight years, watching this superb video, that these well raised chaps might be looking a wee bit old in the face. Like Phil, bless his heart. Time and grief - creases on faces. Well, that's enough grammar for one CZcams comment.
i love this version♡
dude the drums are beastly, very different,
just simply amazing
I love Radiohead. Their like scientists to music. They've never let me down on any album.
Without doubt the greatest band of the 00s.
radiohead at glastonbury 97 was called the best set ever,
Amazing!!! HAPPY NEW YEaR!!
incredible...this band is so versatile.
Lovin the tunes
brilliant !!!
wow amazing old school radio
mint
greatest album this decade and one of best albums period
Thoms twist on the vocal part at 2:10 for this version is just so amazing.
awesome man! Radiohead has many layers of depth and I still find cool things I didn't hear before listening 12 years later. I grew up on them and have been listening to them for a decade now. But I remember the first time I heard some of their more experimental stuff I was like what but second and third and fourth listen it just keeps getting better with age.
perfect song
I totally agree!
Few listens it took before I began getting into In Rainbows, people could thank this track for that, it really grew on.
Pure genius.
IMHO by far the best version.
This has to be the best band for the last 20+ years. @_@
the bridge is perfect.
this song is definatly a throw back to old school radiohead....especially the intro
unbelievably awesome power in this song..!!
The bridge of this song is amazing!!!!!
That scream is so good.
I love the switch moment..
the best band ever.. radio in my head.. radiohead.
you can tell they love this song
Incredible song. nice
Brutal!!!!
The drummer definitely feels the burn!! AWESOME!
that's awesome!!!!!!
True!
wicked song....
"Blink your eyes.. One for yes... Two for no...
I've no idea what I am talking about!"
(Thom can make nonsense beautiful)
I love this version of this song.
legends.
Such an amazing song. They are one of the finest groups of the late 20th and early 21st centuries
@itsachickenwiththing it's even more impressive when you consider that prior to playing this he had already been going at the same tempo for all of "weird fishes..."
they never fail to kick my ass!! DAMN!
the intro is awesome!!
super neat
unbelievable truth ... RADIOHEAD
this song is all guitar thats what makes it so badass
love the guitar sound on this version
holy crap this song rocks
Dope!!
u know i actually heard the song again and it made more sense the second time..... i guess it grows on you....
i love it! radiohead, thank you !
The scream told me that this year's going to be amazing.
How was Thom's scream on 31/12/2019 ?
