Steve Ireland takes us on a guided tour of Carrington - into the first team changing rooms and medical room.
Physiotherapist Lee Nobes works on Joleon Lescott's knee in the medical suite as he recovers from surgery in 2010.
The Rushes goes back behind the scenes with the Citytv cameras -- giving old footage a familiar 'Inside City' treatment, from the days before it became a regular fixture in the CityTV schedule.
It's a chance to remember old friends Robinho and Roque, watch training action with Stevie and SWP -- and see that Chappy has been consistently bonkers no matter when he was filmed.
