love videos like this. I reckon All Blacks should do their version of HBO's Hard Knocks or 24/7 during rugby championship and European tour. See behind the scenes and what they're really like. They may get over exposed but they'll attract more attention and supporters in this era of social media.

Great Vid! It would be awesome if you could show us an insight into other rolls, such as the performance analyst, and sport psychologist.

+latecia1 She's a Dietitian which is even more qualified then a nutritionist, im pretty dam sure she knows what she's doing and what shes not doing ... Its not always about being perfect, are you perfect in all aspects of your life? From your response to Paul im guessing you have done a little research in nutrition and think you're a "nutritionist" now lol. Grr'ugh me and my fellow health professionals bump heads with you "experts" a lot. Being a GOOD Dietitian is more than just bossing people around and telling them what to eat, work with your clients establish a healthy balanced diet which will keep both sides happy. If you understood the Physiology of the body you would understand why this diet clearly works... They dont look healthy to you?? First of all they are athletes competing in rugby. They're not competing to live the longest, or look the best and probably could care less if people criticize them for everything they do including they're looks lol shake my head... 20th century critiques everything. Maybe some of it has to do with the intense stressful training and hitting there bodies are taxed through everyday?
      Rugby>Performance>Health>how young they look
Please Shhhh anyways im gonna finish enjoying my breakfast which is delicious btw! Cheers
